I found you can get the grass background at Home Depot. It's called 20 in. x 20 in. Boxwood Foliage Indoor/Outdoor Panels.
LOVE ITS, JUST ORDER THE LEAF , MARK IS RIGHT THE OTHER ONE ARE TOO FLAPPY.
We bought it on amazon. Grass wall panels we had to cut by ourselves to make it round

Thank you! This frame is 7ft, but we also have 6.5ft, 5ft and 3ft frames. I would recommend to start with 7ft, it's the most popular size

How many boxes did you purchase of the boxwood foliage?
To be honest I don't remember, I thin it was two box or maybe three. But it depends how many panels in each box and what size of the grass wall you need in the end, you can easy count it if you buy on amazon, there give all information in description

Where can I get that happy birthday light sign
I bought mine on Amazon. There is not a big choice and sign could be a bigger size but still it looks good. Right now we are looking for a manufacture to create a sign we need for fear price.
