The playful nature of Andreas Viestad is exemplIfied by the introduction to this video and I hope that nothing ever takes that joy out of Andreas' life. He is a delight and that we get to share a bit here is wondrous great (not to forget his great cooking skills). THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I live about as far away from the ocean as a person can I think, love watching these while I cook and eat freshwater crappie, sunfish, perch, etc! I buy frozen salmon, shrimp and lobster and they are delicious, but it’s nothing close to fresh. I’ve had frozen scallops 2 times, they were terrible. Overcooked and it was like eating sand. The family member cooking didn’t wash them properly and scorched them despite me saying “It’s like shrimp, they cook super fast!”

“I don’t know if that was a bit macabre or just tantalizing” 😆😆😆
