I stumbled on this page by accident. My maternal grandfather was from Sherbourne and I've still got family all over Bim. Thanks for cheering up my mom who now watches your channel.
Another informative and educational video bro..I am sure that many bajans and overseas visitors are enjoying the videos....love the Christ Church videos🙂🇧🇧
As a Bajan residing in North America, I appreciate the effort you and your son put in to these drives. My wife and I look forward to riding along with the two of you, as you take us to areas in the island we have never visited before. It is amazing how we are inclined to miss the beauty that is right in front of us. This is what will happen when you take things for granted! You Do a great job of narrating, keep up the good work.
Loved this St Lucy video; when you came back from the schools and made the left and then right turn onto the road you said you discovered by mistake was special for me because I've never even seen that turn off before.
Love my parish St.Lucy. Love it D &J. I grew up in Checker Hall...and at 2:55 is where the sign was " You are now entering the parish of St.Lucy. There was a standpipe and old chattel house there denoting the border...so Sherman's, Clinketts are St.Lucy. Moon Town is actually a slang name given to Half Moon Fort due to the parties ,fish fries and lots of activities in that area before. Love the video again...brings back memories.
I love this drive. There's somuch green to see . The beauty of a country is the green fields, trees and grass. Very Beautiful video. I have to watch it a couple more times
I love your videos and out of all the other creators yours are the best. Where I may give other TH-camrs (even those who do other countries like America and Trinidad) 5/10 stars you’d get 10/10 stars. It’s great how you explain everything as you drive along. I myself am from Barbados but currently live in England. Keep going!
Lovely drives, however some places can only be truly explored by foot. Possibly D & J drives can think of adding a D & J walks onto this lovely youtube page.
I am learning so much from these st. Lucy videos. I never knew half moon 🌙 ☪️ 🌚 Fort had a primary school. I am shame. St. Philip was once as rich and clean as st. Lucy not any more.
I am learning so much from these St Lucy videos. I never knew Half Moon Fort had a Primary school. I am shame. St Philip was once as rich and clean as St Lucy. Not any more. DJ. Those garbage bins. We now have a water bill with sewage tax. That sewage tax has taken our bills to extravagant heights Not every district has bins. Some households in St John are with out. In Barbados. Nothing is just given. We are Taxed for it. NOTHING is Free. WE are Taxed from every angle in this country. I sure you've driven on some very bad rds. So many Rock Halls in BIM
You expect de man to get every road in St Lucy in just a short space of time? He is not a magician An international road assessment project completed in 2017 showed that 30 per cent of our roads were good, 55 per cent were poor and 15 per cent were bad. In essence, we have 70 per cent of the roads in Barbados, based on that assessment, being classified as very poor and in need of repairs. At least he some of the roads fixed unlike Kellman who never got any roads fixed and had the MP for decades not one road in St Lucy was fixed between 2008-2018 Road in St Lucy fixed under MP Philips Crab Hill to Archer’s Bay, Crab hill Development, Salmonds Ave, Mount View Road, Well Road, Road works ongoing in St Lucy Animal Flower Cave Road, Chance Hill, Pie Corner Bridge, Jemmotts Road, Well Road #1, 2, 3, 4, Maycocks Terrace. Plus with all the mains replacement that is happening when the BWA is finished those roads will be fixed. It is unrealistic to expect that every road in an extensive road network to be magically fixed.
Dj. Those garbage 🗑 bins. We now have a water 💧 bill with sewage tex. That sewage tex has taken our bills to excavagant heights not every district has bins. Household in st. John are with out . Oh my that first shot of the ocean made me shiver…. I miss home so much, thank you!
Then move back home
The road to Lamberts would have taken you to Date Tree Hill in St Peter not to St Andrew
Love your videos btw

You are a consistent viewer and commentator, we appreciate the support, thank you. Barbados does have a beautiful landscape indeed.
What is a parish?
@@Luke-dc6iq A parish is the same as a county or province.
You did my parish proud ❤

I love these drives. Hope to live in Barbados and take my own drives in the future. It truly looks amazing.
You went Sunderland Hill close to Fustic Village my Ancestral Home

Donkey cart roads, back in the days.😊
You would make a great tour guide. Many people would pay you to take them on private or group tours.
Yes, they would. Was thinking the exact same thing.
Barbados has wide and vast open land/areas which tell me it is under populated.
Very well could be
I learned how to drive in saint Lucy a few months ago 😂

Can you believe St. Lucy had one of the mouthiest polititian in parliament who represented that parish, and all like now the roads are in a mess.

The people of St. Lucy can speak gibberish, the other parishes can't. 😂
Please stop saying St. Andrew. This parish does not border St
Lucy.
