    If govt is collecting high taxes similar to EUROPE then we Indians should get facilities like europeans as well. We indians.are still missing basic facilities as compared to other developed nations. Missing Good roads, pure water, clean city , all tax payer money is going in pleasing vote bank politics... ladki bahin, ladki mehuni, ladki sasu, ladki aai. Why we middle class should suffer.

      Our Bharat Hon. Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Seetharaman has kindly attended in press meet and express her good thoughts informing about the Budjet, 2025-26 prepared and submit in Our Lok-Sabha, with high lights for growth of Agriculture, Vydya, Arogya and Upadhi to all the people Welfare. She informed about tariff of tax on various ranges of slabs in an percentage. Suppose one Employee gets his annual salary Rs.12.00 laks, he shall not be pay tax to Govt., because he gets Normal income.
      I request man, to kindly clarify whether an Employee gets his salary Rs.14.00 has annul income, so how much tax to be paid to the Govt. for different of Rs.2.00 lakhs
      Suppose any person has sold his Ancestral immovable property like land/house, whether he may be paid tax or not to the Govt. Because he shall not get the Capital gain. He shall spare that amount and purchase in some other places and utilise the particular property amount within three years. Please mam, clarify the doubt. God bless to all. Thanks to one and all.

    Will the Finance Minister simplify the procedure for filing IT Returns? The present procedure in vogue is complicated! Uploading the Return and e verifying the same is not easy for Assesses filing the Return without seeking the assistance of auditors or ITpractitioners . Why should not the E verification be done away with? If e verification is not done in time ( if there is delay , access to the site is denied) refund claims is not being allowed. Will it not serve the purpose if the IT return is uploaded and acknowledged promptly by the ITDept.
    I read a news item that nearly 12 lakh assesses have not e verified for some reason or other and therefore will not be getting their refunds credited even after an year. I am one of them who has not got the refund for the FY: 2022-23, AY; 2023- 24.
    The Fin Min may very well look into the matter and further simplify the filing of IT returns.

      No one will stay in old taxes any more after this, only those few who will still get more benefit in old tax will stay.

    So the Indian government gave tax rebates without raising revenues? That is a $11 billion loss. This money could have been used to fix cities etc. India needs to be spending more overall, not less.

    • @Engllishworld
      @Engllishworld 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Govt can't do anything and also it's unfair to those who come under income tax.They were left with nothing and they were angry.So yes it's not a better move considering progressive nature of direct taxes but it will enhance consumption

    • @backpropagation8365
      @backpropagation8365 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ I was looking at the overall spend numbers and it looks like it is $600 billion. This is such a low budget for an economy at $4 trillion or so. With such low spending, India overall will not grow at required levels. Cutting taxes does not necessarily mean increased consumption. People might just pay down their debt or just save money or buy unproductive assets like gold. I think India is not serious about its growth target of 8%+.

    • @Rohit-jc2sm
      @Rohit-jc2sm 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      India is a consumption based economy, when consumption increases india gdp increase thus reducing tax will help. Also if consumption increases more gst can be collected.

    • @backpropagation8365
      @backpropagation8365 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ Except I think the consumers are going to use the saved money to pay down debt. This will only work for people who don’t have loans etc. But the salaried class in India probably have mortgages, car payments , phone payments etc. The reality is Indians have very little money to consume as the economy is weak in growth. Cutting taxes to spur growth is a very weak strategy. The government should have come up with big bang reforms like wealthy farmers to pay taxes rather than these ineffective changes.

    • @Rohit-jc2sm
      @Rohit-jc2sm 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @@backpropagation8365 yes even if they pay debts they still have more to spend then before, where they have to pay tax as well as debts so reduce consumption.
