The common fee is 1,309 Baht per month 🙏🏻

For condo, yes very easy and you can own in your name. For land you need to set up with a company or Thai spouse. 😊🙏

Please don't start letting foreigners own land. This is the long-term problem many eastern nations had with Western nations for 100s of years. Leave the land to the people from that country. Rent yes, own with foreign wife from that country fine, but own 100% outright no that's a bad idea
