Fabulous work! The only flaw I see is the teeth, from what I see on a variety of images, the original JP rex did not have such yellow teeth. Other than that, quite a beautiful custom.
nice that turned out awesome ! I'm working on a similar project, in fact I'm using the same set of replacement feet from Marco Makes but I made my own custom replacement eyes and teeth from scratch (also slightly re-tooling the sculpt on the head aside from re-painting it.)
