How to write a formal letter with ease

There are different ways in which we write a formal letter. We have the slant form and the block form. The most popular one is the slant form especially for students while the block form are mostly used within organisations.
Other things I do:

Nice explanation! I love it! However, I will like to point out some un-told features which are crucial... 1) A writer should ask him/herself the standard of letter to be written bfor they start, very important, Nigerians neglect this Fact even in spoken form🤦.(American or British standard)? These 2 are of Different format. E.g.in British English We don't use a comma in formating the date despite the formate employed(close or open). E.g..
(12th may 2023)
2) In BRITISH English, it's 89% formally adopted to use the recipient's full name, before his position, then the company's name & others follow suit. Except u don't know the name.
