@@snehadeb9577 It was Bachelor's Hostel, there would be obviously benifits for the staffs as per their grades, but I went and stayed there for 2 days only that also for interview purpose only. I don't work there.

Every company or institution has some bond or notice period and other terms conditions while leaving, that has to be done while leaving. It's not exactly impossible to leave any job but officially you have to go through those processes.
