The plaintiff really should think about what the judge said because I think she is worth more than what her actions say. That being said, so glad she won. The defendant was lying the entire time and everything she did was horrible. A good indicator of deception is to oversell objections, which she did repeatedly. Any time the judge asked if she had said or done something it was "I did not, "I would not", instead of "didn't" or "wouldn't". She isn't the brightest crayon in the box. And the picture of her holding the PS5 was classic. Not only that, she thought she was slick by calling and texting from an unknown number, but proceeded to send it from "queen tiffy" (or whatever ridiculous name she gave herself) It was fun to watch the judge rule against her on everything.

I was only Suing for my ps5 back but then she try to sue me for things i had nothing to do with so i sue for more and won my case she will be arrested for leaking my photos.
