Yes! I wrote a long comment earlier about how the figure skating clips are both programs with violins too.
I’m a professional coconut player, but coconut isn’t often thought as a sport. I just want to say I’m really happy that Eddy guessed it when guessing sports even if it wasn’t one of the sports they were trying to guess. I’m glad that coconut is finally starting to get the appreciation it deserves.

I noticed this a while ago, but has anyone else noticed how when they use notes as letters, Brett plays normally since Eddy has perfect pitch, but Eddy always turns towards Brett so that he can see the fingering of the note being played? I think it's very thoughtful that Eddy is so courtesy of Brett's lack of perfect pitch lol.

Snooker is a different game than pool. It’s played on a 12 ft by 6 table, pockets smaller. You have 22 ball, 15 reds, 6 colors where you play for points.

It makes sense that Hanyu is in this since he's the Ling Ling of men's singles FS =))) He practices 10 hours a week (according to his ISU bio) - significantly less than official stats for other top skaters (ranging anywhere from 14 to 20 hours of ice time per week), and because of his asthma, but apparently he's super focused and efficient when he's on ice. I guess 10 hours for Yuzuru is 40 for others? =)))))
Fun facts for non-FS TwoSetters: The picture of him is his Origin 2.0 program, which was in fact a violin piece - a mashup of Magic Stradivarius and Art on Ice by Edvin Marton! According to Wikipedia, Marton is known as "the violinist of the skaters". I'm going to guess that the picture is (most likely) from Skate Canada 2019, because a) it looks like it and b) the Skate Canada free program is the first search result for "hanyu origin" on TH-cam. Citizen watches is one of Hanyu's sponsors, too!
Evgeni Plushenko originally skated a "Tribute to (Vaslav) Nijinsky" program, with the same music plus a sample of Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade. Hanyu is (was?) a known Plushenko fan, so Origin 2.0 was his tribute to Plush, and the costume seems to have been inspired by Nijinsky's short ballet The Spirit of the Rose. Nijinsky was an acclaimed ballet dancer and choreographer - and yes, he was in The Rite of Spring. Among others.
The video is from Yulia Lipnitskaya's free skate to Theme from Schindler's List at Sochi Olympics, 2014 for the Team event - more violin! The piece is an extremely popular skating program music choice, and not without controversy.

Like reacting to the most iconic figure skating performances and telling us your opinions on it or reacting to skates with classical music in it and telling us about what you think about how they portrayed the music.
Yes, that would be absolutely fabulous! Although, the amount of talent in one video might be to much to handle.... 😂 Still, it's a great idea, and I hope they consider it!

I play viola and do martial arts. My older brother is a professional symphonic cellist and he does martial arts and bicycling. Gotta stay in shape to be able to practice for 40 hours a day and give 3 hour long concerts without getting tired and sore.
