Technically you can. But we recommend not to do so. Just speak out the template. That should be enough to score you 90.

It’s difficult to count 35/40 seconds. Instead focus on completing more than 50% of the time bar.

This is just a part of the template. Since the content is not important and there is no negative marking, there is no harm what I say. I just need to be fluent.
