I found a troubleshooting tip at the following website:

Troubleshooting Note: If you have completed steps above and the Analysis Toolpak button is not showing in the Data tab, try closing Excel, restarting Windows, and then restarting Excel.
I hope you get it to work.

For anyone who has already added it in and it still will not show up. Uncheck Analysis ToolPak (1:23 of the video) and then go back in and re-check the box. It showed up again for me after I toggled it on and off.
