Nowadays very few dishes that can be bought outside are msg-free. Only few restaurants have such options. Don’t expect the rest of the world to have those, especially in poorer countries. Every processed/cooked/ready made foods have msg and sugar. To have to prepare the food on your own to ensure they’re msg or sugar free. So don’t expect the rest of the world to adjust to your situation.
Depends on the seller. Some use a bit, some use a lot. But rarely not using it. In some places, u can ask the seller not to add it. Hopefully u can enjoy some delicious foods here.
Ewww. Also free germs & bacteria from vendors' bare hands. God knows where they've been. The food looks good, but hygiene, pass. How hard would it be to use a disposable glove per order? It's not like the price is that cheap anyway. But kudos to you if you did not get sick. I just wish street vendors would stop touching everything with their bare hands...

Do they use msg in their food? Going to Bali for Christmas and I’m wondering if I’ll be sick the whole time cause I’m allergic to msg.
