  • Here we are getting ready to feed our bees some pollen sub. This will help the bees get a jump start on brood rearing and be ready for Almond Pollination. Check out more of a beekeepers life ‪@ETsBees‬

Highly appreciated your quick reply. Last year I was for first time with my 100 col of bees there and after I arrived in the orchard they were unhappy with my bees and after 3 days I was ready to load them back in my truck to come back to Texas. Reason? They didn’t see much flying bees in front of the hives and they asked the broker to remove them from their property. And They been removed. The broker was my brother but from another mother. The more relocate/ loading/ unloading the bees the more money he makes. I’m not happy about last year. I’m looking for help for this season. If you have a suggestion for me please let me know. I’m second generation beekeeper from Romania and I have bee suit…… let’s help each other out with this. With respect Stelian.

Seems like you’re 2 early in the orchard? Do you can make an estimate about blooming time? In what area /city are you located? I’m thinking about blooming that can be 3-5 days later compared with the last year because of the abundance of rain.

Definitely early. We will be placing them in the orchards to pollinate in about 2 and a half weeks from now.
