@@kennenwiruns No you unlock Neurax worm (the most fun disease btw) by beating up to nano virus on brutal (it shouldn't be too hard), from that point on you unlock Necroa Virus by beating Neurax worm on brutal, simian flu by beating Necroa Virus on brutal (Necroa Virus sucks, it looks fun but it's way too hard), then you unlock the shadow plague by beating simian flu on brutal (also really hard)
1. Beat the game in (maybe 4-7) normal plagues on brutal mode 2. Beat Neurax Worm on Normal or Brutal mode (I won on brutal mode) 3. Good luck on Necroa Virus

U need a fully dead population close to the z com and send zombie from there
I got really lucky and my z com was in Russia. (Right next to china) and I destroyed it almost instantly
