When pastors and the Church do not stand on truth in every aspect of life, the gap is filled by the world. Truth is replaced with lies. Right is replaced with wrong.
The voice of the church is so needed right now. It is the moral compass for society and if we cannot stand up for justice and righteousness, then we have failed in our calling.
It is been a slippery slope since so many people in the church were sympathetic to sins such as same sex marriage, abortion and cohabitation. If you’re tolerant and make excuses for sin you will get more of it.
I was witness to that when it comes to cohabitation! I was dealt with by God's little finger on me (and I had enough of that!) and I repented then and left that congregation.
There are a lot of churches filled with unbelievers. There are even pastors and teachers who are not true believers. There is pressure to have a growing church, to have all the things that attract young people and families which make it look like the church is "successful". With un-believers (seekers) or new believers, there is a tendency for a pastor to treat with 'kid gloves'...go easy...lighten up, not be too harsh. But man's ideas are NOT God's ideas, and the exact opposite is needed. If a bunch of people leave, it's b/c they are the crowd that wants to have their ears tickled (as scripture puts it).

My pastor is silent. He’s quoted Bonhoeffer many times in the past. Yet he has said nothing about what’s happening to the Jews. I pray God leads me to fellowship under timely Biblical teaching.
Powerful message! The God we trust is a God of justice and restlessness. He loves to see His church and His people live out faith, do righteousness, and say no to and fight against evil.
Beautiful point: Many of us, including some Bible scholars study historical context to understand ancient scripture, but fail to discern/interpret the times we live in NOW and how the same scriptures apply to us TODAY. Also that COURAGE is a fruit of true faith in Jesus, but lack of faith is exposed by lack of courage/fear of man, and unwillingness to engage cultural darkness TODAY. 🕊️

Scripture is not for private interpretation. The reason the pastors are pushing their own agenda and ideas is because they aren't led by the Holy Spirit. If we truly believe that the Bible is the word of God, why would some Bible Schools and Seminaries encourage their students to critique it? Why would such institutions approve the editing of the Bible for whatever reason? Even Almighty God says in Psalm 89:34 that He would not alter the word that is gone out of His mouth!

To say this is important is such an understatement - we have to fully grasp and wrestle with what is needed from us to save our sacred freedoms from being destroyed by these totalitarians that are running rampant. I would love to see more discussions on how we live this in our daily lives in interaction with the culture. Bring it down to situations at work - like being told we have to use "preferred pronouns," for people at work. Or how to support each other in standing up against harmful mandates. Etc. If enough of us know how to do take calmly, with goodwill, firm resolve and clarity on the principles, take stands in daily life, the totalitarians can be defeated and driven out.
I actually had a Pastor tell me, he didn't want his church to grow. He liked the COZINESS of a smaller church. This saddened me. No reach out. None!!!! Sad times. God is trying to get our attention. We first need to go back to the Gospel. Read the 4 Gospels of the Bible. See how Jesus interacted with Sinners, with Disciples, with Pharisees and Sadducees, BUT MOST OF ALL, HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS FATHER, GOD. WE NEED TO GET BACK TO THAT. JESUS IS OUR EXAMPLE. TO WALK AS THE LIGHT AS HE DID. WE MUST FIRST HAVE A RELATIONSHIP CLOSE TO GOD.

A street preacher in AZ was shot in the head in broad daylight. In America! Last report is that our brother is clinging to life in the hospital. He was recently married and has 2 young children.

I would speak to your pastor first. Some pastors do not know the subject well. It's not one they study much about at Seminary. They may not have a lot of time to put into it. 2ndly, it's controversial and a pastor may be fearful of causing division. 3rdly, church members don't read their Bibles very much and it's hard and time consuming for a pastor to cover all the theology they must understand to lay a foundation for end times so it doesn't frighten their congregations. Finally...LAY PEOPLE like yourself are supposed to have roles in the church. You can ask your pastor if you can lead a Bible Study at the church about end times, or the Book of Rev or the rapture. You might be surprised at how many people at your church are also interested.

My Sunday school teacher acknowledges End Times but the head pastor is silent! Churchgoers are oblivious to how close the Rapture is and they don’t even know about it because like you said they don’t read scripture and pastors refuse to address end Times bible prophecy!
If i could give this a million thumbs up, i would. This is 💯 correct. The medical community needs some serious overhaul. Out education system needs it even more. Both are at the center of a lot of evil on many fronts. I have been dealing with the effevts of the trans movement in the schools for over 5 yrs. Finally got through to my kid. I would not give in. I turned to my ex church for help, and they ran from the issue. They turned thier back on me. Would not help in the slightest. Many other issues at the church, but that was the final straw. I will not go back. They are now part of the problem. These problems are not new. They have been in the works for a very very long time. My city has been made a sanctuary city back in the early 90's. Now, its almost as far left as you can get. I would move. But go where, for one. My family, my roots are here. And if everyone who disagrees just moves, than the left wins. All the big cities will be completely thiers and there will be no hope of ever turning things around. We will all be in cocentration camps. We are getting dangerously close to that point as it is already. People need to wake up and stand up.
I am pleased that my pastor is faithful to speak the truth and stand firm. As church librarian I am also using that opportunity to stock the shelves with books that speak to the current issues and have also put a few of Eric's books on display. The past year I have added Bonhoeffer, Amazing Grace and Letter to the American Church to our collection. We also address this in our prayer meeting and I am certain that members speak out in their lives away from the church as well. I have to believe we are only one among many. Every church does not have platform but that doesn't mean we don't use the means we have.

This conversation about living out our faith being the answer to what is happening would work except for the fact that in my opinion believers are filled up with what they know of the Scriptures which is different from having their actions changed by what it really means to “believe”. There is a vast difference between what a Christian knows and what he/she believes. Believing should change your mental “programming” in your base values that control your actions in any given situation. Faith, hope and love…faith is what you believe…hope is a change in your perception of things…love is the outward action, therefore…what you believe should change the way you think…if your thinking is changed, it will change the way you act! The result is your actions come from what you really believe, not what you know…
We challenged the leadership at a massive church in Chandler Az that has 7,000+ attendees. The response was we preach from the Bible and allow the word of God to bring conviction. They take over $1m a month and I’d speculate don’t want to lose tax status by speaking against government policy. They also do not allow operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It’s a sanitised environment with fantastic worship that is growing and very successful. Alas the ppl do not hear what they need to hear. We found exactly the same in a supposed ‘full’ gospel church in Scottsdale. Their music is no 1 in the iTunes Christian charts but don’t you dare talk about gender. So many congregations deceived by the ‘show’. The praise party to perdition. Lord help us.

Eric, you asked "where did we drift... where we get the idea we didn't need to be active citizens putting our faith in to action...where did we get that un-biblical idea and how do we getaway from that un-biblical idea?" It comes from generations of the doctrines of paganism of the whore of Babylon in the Church. Revelation says 18:1-6 (verse 4) "come out of her, my people that you be not partakers of her sins and that you receive not of her plagues." Ultimately the false doctrines that the laity has recognized in the church paradigm has caused them frustration and depressed their desire for the truth. It has choked and starved them to the point of complacency. Even after receiving the gift of life the church is still rebellious to enacting the laws in our faith. Paul acted out his faith in keeping the commandments not to earn the life he had been given but to love the God who had given those laws. Why did he give those laws? Because he didn't want others to treat us unlawfully. Love your neighbor as yourself was not just a good idea any more that loving God with all our heart was a suggestion. People who do not love God will not enter into his kingdom and live with him. the children of Israel always forsook his set times (sabbaths-all of them) and chose paganism. Christians have done the same and until we admit that we will not repent of it and will not only remain in Babylon but will wax worse and worse. Christians in Germany allowed the holocaust just like Christians are not speaking up today against antisemitism and rampant sin today. One easy case in point to recognize is Christ's prophecy of his death, burial and resurrection is honored in a ways as to say he was a false prophet yet no lie is of the truth. (1 John 2:21). Thank you for addressing these topics. The command of Jesus is to love the people not to turn a blind eye to things that will destroy them. Jesus addressed sin head on, ex. Samaritan woman. The gay, lesbians in my circle of loved ones know that they are loved. The lifestyle is not acceptable based on Biblical truth.

Pastors with "message" can only be effective if Christians are TRUE to Jesus in heart. Many there be who have Jesus as a convenience...prayer needs, church club membership, social inclusion...etc. Persecution is the principle way God gets His people to "WAKE UP"...Preachers sounding the alarm can only do so much in a material world.

I am honestly disappointed and heartbroken that pastors today aren't willing to engage in the society in which they live. My pastor said he doesn't really pay much attention to "politics " or anything in the world outside the church doors. That's dangerous talk and foolish as well. Has he not read the Bible? Revelation 21:8 "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." A rewarding but alarming study can result learning about "the second death". It unsettles much of the current paradigm in Christianity today. Prayerfully seek it out.
You can speak of courage metaxis. If you make a stand you will suffer, but you still have money, a big house, you're a wealthy Christian. If I make a stand I'm in a homeless shelter. That's what all of us have to deal with. I get what you're saying, but if I make a stand and lose everything and end up homeless, I doubt you will offer me your extra room
I do get your point. Churches lose tax exemption (charity) status if they speak against government policy. Churches/ministers in the US measure their success by the size of their congregation/program/facilities. It’s a complete fallacy as big congregations come from watering down the Bible and providing first class entertainment.
Churches should always teach sound theology. The idea is to make it applicable to our lives. Bad theology=deceived and weak Christian's who cannot deal with the world we live in.
All free to read the Word and pray, and dance and write and serve, yet VERY few been called to preach in last 2,000 years. God gives physical tangible proof when He calls new prophet, as in physical signs and new scripture and explosive growth. Not new wine in old bottles. Go work at Wal-Mart, very few called to preach in last 2, 000 years.

New Covenant Whole Gospel: Who is now the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary? What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below. Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant. This seems to me to be a too little too late already,sorry I saw this happening in the Catholic Church many many years ago.Then going through personal trauma I experienced other Christian religious groups one in particular consisted of one family who set themselves up with followers and in particular at collection time the habit of pulling out a table where the congregation donated competing with each other which certainly increased the amounts.But?It seems to me it began happening with the advent of Freudian psychology the unraveling began.

The false church denies the power of the Holy Spirit to conquer the sin in us and transform us to righteousness. The false church teaches that there is no remedy that can cure the desires of the flesh. Therefore, they teach that the spirit will struggle with the flesh until we die. In truth, we do not have both the Holy Spirit and the flesh nature. We only have one or the other. Jesus wins the battle for us when we are Born Again. Scripture says: Colossians 2:11 "In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ." Jesus cuts away the flesh when we receive the Holy Spirit, and we lose sinful desires. The Apostle Paul confirms this: Galatians 5:24 "And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires." We dont have both the Holy Spirit and the flesh nature. Scripture tells us so: Romans 8:9 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you." Everyone who dies while still in their flesh has not been born again. Scripture tells us they are guaranteed to end up in hell: Romans 8:13 "For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live."
The contemporary church of today has completely derailed from the writings of the early church fathers. The founders & written Word of God. Early church Father Origen paid a price for interpreting the correct interpretation of the Bible. Too many denominations today - therefore too many false interpretations of Jesus

Beautiful point: Many of us, including some Bible scholars study historical context to understand ancient scripture, but fail to discern/interpret the times we live in NOW and how the same scriptures apply to us TODAY.

Scripture is not for private interpretation. The reason the pastors are pushing their own agenda and ideas is because they aren't led by the Holy Spirit. If we truly believe that the Bible is the word of God, why would some Bible Schools and Seminaries encourage their students to critique it? Why would such institutions approve the editing of the Bible for whatever reason? Even Almighty God says in Psalm 89:34 that He would not alter the word that is gone out of His mouth!

I would love to see more discussions on how we live this in our daily lives in interaction with the culture. Bring it down to situations at work - like being told we have to use "preferred pronouns," for people at work. Or how to support each other in standing up against harmful mandates. Etc. If enough of us know how to do take calmly, with goodwill, firm resolve and clarity on the principles, take stands in daily life, the totalitarians can be defeated and driven out.

I actually had a Pastor tell me, he didn't want his church to grow. He liked the COZINESS of a smaller church. This saddened me. No reach out. None!!!! Sad times. God is trying to get our attention. We first need to go back to the Gospel. Read the 4 Gospels of the Bible. See how Jesus interacted with Sinners, with Disciples, with Pharisees and Sadducees, BUT MOST OF ALL, HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS FATHER, GOD. WE NEED TO GET BACK TO THAT. JESUS IS OUR EXAMPLE. Abandon churches and pastors who refuse to acknowledge the signs of the End Times and ignore bible prophecy teaching
I would speak to your pastor first. Some pastors do not know the subject well. It's not one they study much about at Seminary. They may not have a lot of time to put into it. 2ndly, it's controversial and a pastor may be fearful of causing division. 3rdly, church members don't read their Bibles very much and it's hard and time consuming for a pastor to cover all the theology they must understand to lay a foundation for end times so it doesn't frighten their congregations. Finally...LAY PEOPLE like yourself are supposed to have roles in the church. You can ask your pastor if you can lead a Bible Study at the church about end times, or the Book of Rev or the rapture. You might be surprised at how many people at your church are also interested.

If i could give this a million thumbs up, i would. This is 💯 correct. The medical community needs some serious overhaul. Out education system needs it even more. Both are at the center of a lot of evil on many fronts. I have been dealing with the effevts of the trans movement in the schools for over 5 yrs. Finally got through to my kid. I would not give in. I turned to my ex church for help, and they ran from the issue. They turned thier back on me. Would not help in the slightest. Many other issues at the church, but that was the final straw. I will not go back. They are now part of the problem. These problems are not new. They have been in the works for a very very long time. My city has been made a sanctuary city back in the early 90's. Now, its almost as far left as you can get. I would move. But go where, for one. My family, my roots are here. And if everyone who disagrees just moves, than the left wins. All the big cities will be completely thiers and there will be no hope of ever turning things around. We will all be in cocentration camps. We are getting dangerously close to that point as it is already. People need to wake up and stand up.
I am pleased that my pastor is faithful to speak the truth and stand firm. As church librarian I am also using that opportunity to stock the shelves with books that speak to the current issues and have also put a few of Eric's books on display. The past year I have added Bonhoeffer, Amazing Grace and Letter to the American Church to our collection. We also address this in our prayer meeting and I am certain that members speak out in their lives away from the church as well. I have to believe we are only one among many. Every church does not have platform but that doesn't mean we don't use the means we have.

This conversation about living out our faith being the answer to what is happening would work except for the fact that in my opinion believers are filled up with what they know of the Scriptures which is different from having their actions changed by what it really means to “believe”. There is a vast difference between what a Christian knows and what he/she believes. Believing should change your mental “programming” in your base values that control your actions in any given situation. Faith, hope and love…faith is what you believe…hope is a change in your perception of things…love is the outward action, therefore…what you believe should change the way you think…if your thinking is changed, it will change the way you act! The result is your actions come from what you really believe, not what you know…
We challenged the leadership at a massive church in Chandler Az that has 7,000+ attendees. The response was we preach from the Bible and allow the word of God to bring conviction. They take over $1m a month and I’d speculate don’t want to lose tax status by speaking against government policy. They also do not allow operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It’s a sanitised environment with fantastic worship that is growing and very successful. Alas the ppl do not hear what they need to hear.
We found exactly the same in a supposed ‘full’ gospel church in Scottsdale. Their music is no 1 in the iTunes Christian charts but don’t you dare talk about gender. So many congregations deceived by the ‘show’. The praise party to perdition. Lord help us.

Eric, you asked "where did we drift... where we get the idea we didn't need to be active citizens putting our faith in to action...where did we get that un-biblical idea and how do we getaway from that un-biblical idea?" It comes from generations of the doctrines of paganism of the whore of Babylon in the Church. Revelation says 18:1-6 (verse 4) "come out of her, my people that you be not partakers of her sins and that you receive not of her plagues." Ultimately the false doctrines that the laity has recognized in the church paradigm has caused them frustration and depressed their desire for the truth. It has choked and starved them to the point of complacency. Even after receiving the gift of life the church is still rebellious to enacting the laws in our faith. Paul acted out his faith in keeping the commandments not to earn the life he had been given but to love the God who had given those laws. Why did he give those laws? Because he didn't want others to treat us unlawfully. Love your neighbor as yourself was not just a good idea any more that loving God with all our heart was a suggestion. People who do not love God will not enter into his kingdom and live with him. the children of Israel always forsook his set times (sabbaths-all of them) and chose paganism. Christians have done the same and until we admit that we will not repent of it and will not only remain in Babylon but will wax worse and worse. Christians in Germany allowed the holocaust just like Christians are not speaking up today against antisemitism and rampant sin today. One easy case in point to recognize is Christ's prophecy of his death, burial and resurrection is honored in a ways as to say he was a false prophet yet no lie is of the truth. (1 John 2:21). Pastors with "message" can only be effective if Christians are TRUE to Jesus in heart. Many there be who have Jesus as a convenience...prayer needs, church club membership, social inclusion...etc. Persecution is the principle way God gets His people to "WAKE UP"...Preachers sounding the alarm can only do so much in a material world.

I am honestly disappointed and heartbroken that pastors today aren't willing to engage in the society in which they live. My pastor said he doesn't really pay much attention to "politics " or anything in the world outside the church doors. That's dangerous talk and foolish as well. Has he not read the Bible? A rewarding but alarming study can result learning about "the second death". It unsettles much of the current paradigm in Christianity today. Prayerfully seek it out.

I do get your point. Churches lose tax exemption (charity) status if they speak against government policy. Churches/ministers in the US measure their success by the size of their congregation/program/facilities. It’s a complete fallacy as big congregations come from watering down the Bible and providing first class entertainment.
Churches should always teach sound theology. The idea is to make it applicable to our lives. Bad theology=deceived and weak Christian's who cannot deal with the world we live in.

New Covenant Whole Gospel:
Who is now the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary?
What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below.
Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him.
He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth.

Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis?
Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart.
Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36)
We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.
1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

The false church denies the power of the Holy Spirit to conquer the sin in us and transform us to righteousness. The false church teaches that there is no remedy that can cure the desires of the flesh. Therefore, they teach that the spirit will struggle with the flesh until we die.
In truth, we do not have both the Holy Spirit and the flesh nature. We only have one or the other.
Jesus wins the battle for us when we are Born Again. Scripture says:
Colossians 2:11
"In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ."
Jesus cuts away the flesh when we receive the Holy Spirit, and we lose sinful desires.
The Apostle Paul confirms this:
Galatians 5:24
"And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires."
We dont have both the Holy Spirit and the flesh nature. Scripture tells us so:
Romans 8:9
"But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you."
Everyone who dies while still in their flesh has not been born again. Scripture tells us they are guaranteed to end up in hell:
Romans 8:13
"For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live."
Everyone writes these books on their opinions
The contemporary church of today has completely derailed from the writings of the early church fathers. The founders & written Word of God. Early church Father Origen paid a price for interpreting the correct interpretation of the Bible. Too many denominations today - therefore too many false interpretations of Jesus

The scripture speaks of people and pastors like you in Galatians 1- 6-9 (NIV). fear to accomplish it. This is leading gullible people astray! This preacher says societies actions are the basis of his faith. That has nothing to do with it! Where is his faith in God? Abraham was declared righteous by God cause he put his faith in God not
