@laronda10 23.69, thats a 7.9 split for each 100, i would have broken the world record in the 100 200 and 400 but i pulled both my hamstrings at the same time and was told i wouldnt be able to run again for 3 years so i quit
@TYLerlittmann not from pr times that you've posted. we dont run four hundreds so thats why i put that in there, but im sorry there is no way you would be able to keep up with this, especially around a track like that.
@oFlashoPoetryo Easy there, I was just speculating. As you can probably tell I come from a track background and know very little about skating. But since it seems like being a fast sprint skater (much like a track sprinter) is a combination of both technique and explosive, fast-twitch muscle power, I was merely wondering what the man who is arguably the best in the world in second category could achieve if he worked on the first. @TYLerlittmann so im guessing you must hold some sort of record because this is only five seconds slower then usain bolts record for the 200m so i highly doubt that
@TYLerlittmann well this right here is the best curve athlete in the world, so you couldnt. he is going at least 30 mph and i know you cant run that fast, especially around corners like that
@MrRookie26 At Canadian Nationals we had a 13 year old skate 300m in 27.8 (200m banked asphalt track). You can probably shave like a second off that if he was on a higher quality track. Pretty sure I'm remembering his time right, I know he beat me and I ran 28.5 (only been doing inline speed for 2 years).
@laronda10 ive run rediculous speeds on an indoor track, when i use to run for UNC chapel hill i would always practice on that track and run 1 lap in like 16 seconds
@Sypha14 well i don't see how i'm a 'fucktard' seeing as this video shows joey getting the world record in 2009 and i distinctly remember Andres Munoz beating it with a time of 23.628s :)
@TYLerlittmann hahaha bro i used to do track and all that stuff back in the day. and you've obviously never seen an indoor track. you really have no idea the kinds of speeds that are being acheived here. the reason skates are able to acheive these speeds are because we constantly have contact with the surface. while in sprinting you are air born between strides. until you actually dive into this sport you really have no idea what you are talking about.

@thimo2009 The track material was different, That track is much faster than this one, believe me that´s why that didn´t count as a WR
