Red gilded nI have my season of the witch’s oracle which is my fav deck. This deck reminding me of my elemental oracle Not exact but kind of feeling. Nice video and love to see and hear you lovely 💖
Thank you for stopping by. I think the gilding on the Samhain Oracle is much better quality. It probably is similar to the Elemental Oracle, but I don't have that one. They are the same creators as I recall. I do think they blend well together.
I love this deck too! Just a heads up #36 says focus & 38 does too .. It's supposed to say safety. It's in the guide book. I found out by reading a review on Amazon . She used a sharpie but I used washi tape to correct it. Just wanted to let you know about the misprint. 😊
Thank you for the tip! I will need to go back through this oracle as I am not bonding with it as well as some other Stacey Demarco decks. Time will tell. I still love the images, but maybe it is more of a summer one for me... Thank you for watching ☃
The card I feel uncomfortable with in this deck is the Kali card. A goddess of one of the biggest present day living religions included with creatures from horror movies makes me pause. Is this done with the appropriate level of respect and accuracy in description, or is it done through the lense of Indians Jones style colonialism? I have held off ordering this deck for this reason and am hoping for someone more knowledgeable than me addressing this point in a review. If you gain insight after reading the guide book, pls let me know your thoughts.
I think all Kali cards are incorrect and have nothing to do with the Goddess. I never take any of them as true to the actual energy of Kali. In reality, no Hindu would embrace gods or goddesses on a set of cards as their spiritual practice. It goes counter to the actual way of worship. Does this help?
@@sk4348 Thank you for your thoughts. Along with all the other decks it is not a representation imho. But I do not speak on behalf of a religion. I can only say, I don't 'channel' her nor do I claim to. It is not a representation for me. Neither do I think the description of her energy is correct. So I am not sure in the end what people are actually 'channeling'. Therefore, the card doesn't mean anything to me.
Thank you for the feedback. I was wondering about the Alana Fairchild deck, as well. I don‘t have any of these decks. I can only listen to what others say.
Rockpool and Blue Angel really are knocking it out of the park. I agree about Hay House.
Indeed, thank you for watching 🌼🌻
