Therefore there are 3 possibilities
Either TMZ obtained the copyright legally either direct from AH or from someone with the authority to do so on her behalf - For which I'm sure if pressed TMZ could present the relevant paperwork to prove.
TMZ got the footage illegally - In which case AH would have filed a copyright violation against them
Or
TMZ obtained the footage via magic.

Most innocent people become pretty adamant & livid rather quickly, while someone guilty is more likely to begin ranting as a mechanism of attempting to convince the interviewer that they're innocent.

Her constantly looking at the jury reminds me of how she filled out her PTSD test. She alleged she had all the major symptoms of PTSD, but then didn’t allege she had any of the smaller symptoms for PTSD. In a similar vein she has been told that eye contact with the jury can be very effective at getting their sympathy and so she takes it to 11 and answers every question to the jury.

She is thinking “what would a victim of domestic violence do, how would the act, how would they think.” Then she says how she’s thinking, out loud! She says “how would a victim of domestic violence think and feel about that?” She straight up just told us how she’s thinking.
And even more, she uses the word "survivor" (which actual victims are). She had that outburst before that she has never been or claimed to be a victim and that she was a survivor. The word "victim" is an insult to her. She doesn't seem to understand the correlation between those terms.

Donating is something that should be kept anonymous unless you're raising funds, but it would still be something if she did it. Who "pledges" something to people in need and then doesn't give it. @@Emkfry8020 they had the Copy rights could not have gotten that without checking where the video came from and who owned it and then get the copy right from there. But it was her team because it took 15 mins. That's directly from the source, even if she sold it to a third party it would only have been to have that party leak it. It's no better than her selling it to them. But TMZ did say it took 15 mins because it had to have come directly from the source.

I wanna thank you all for your comments . I'm a SURVIVOR of a 5 year long relationship with an abusive narcissist. That was 2 years ago and I never talked to anybody about it. I still have occasional nightmares from "it". Until watching this trial I thought I was alone. Your comments are giving me assurance that I wasn't crazy after all and its healing. Thank you all. I hope Johnny is getting a new start in life soon. ❤
