You are welcome ma'am
My qn is how do you remove the emulsion from screen
See my video on how to clean your mesh after screen printing
Thank you for this video. Please I have a question. I tried screen printing on a tee-shirt using plastisol ink but after printing, I notice that anytime I wash, the ink washes out. What can I do to prevent this? Thank you.
Did you dry your t shirt after screen printing on it??
Because Plastisol is not like water based ink it doesn't dry by itself after printing you have to heat it up to dry
Please after disposing my Mesh when I was trying to wash my mesh I find out my art work was showing white colour on the mesh instead of yellow , like what am seeing in your own mesh, maybe that's why my print out did not come out well, what should i do
What type of mesh are you using? And what are you trying to print on? Also what is the color of your mesh before coating it?
Am using open mesh ,am printing on taffata bag material ,
@@janeohaeri3552 if you are using open mesh then you probably should see white color like you said in your previous comment and not yellow so I think you did not expose your mesh well that's why your printing is not coming out
@@janeohaeri3552 ensure that the emulsion is properly washed away from the part of your mesh carrying your design
Thank you so much sir
Please what's the difference between sensitizer and retarder?
Sensitizer is used to mixed emulsion while retarder is used to mix ink
