    I have trouble with the proper rotation of my roundkicks, I'm a little rusty, this will help, thanks.

      @@KarateTraining my right leg is devastating, in Dojos I was most feared for my kicks, my legs have incredible power.

    can you make video karate combinations for fighting?
    and I have qouestion,is it good to punch into punching bag and use kettlebell for workout?

      Thanks for the suggestions. About hitting a bag, I think that’s great exercise and for development if you strike it more like a makiwara and don’t just snap your techniques off of it. Trying to sink your techniques into the bag will give you the resistance you want to strengthen your joints and core. Snapping techniques off is good for a workout, but trying to hit heavier and get resistance builds a different response in your body. Just be aware of not hurting your skin or hands. Kettle bell is great too - hopefully not same time as you are punching!
