First round is a tie, 2nd round gucchon clearly won... green made some mistakes in round 2 most noticeable would be at 4:13 he goes to thread but messes it up his leg comes around the front then he tries to recover by bringing the leg back around then his hands end up kinda stuck behind his back so he turns it into a wave to bring his arms to the front but instead of waving back up with the right hand he messes up again and has to wave up with the left hand and it's not all fully connecting smoothly. These are very small mistakes you probably wouldn't notice unless you are paying attention and know how the moves should be done

Look at gucchons first round he did clearly had the better crowd reactions and he plays around with the music and the speed changes better. I thought first round was a tie because they both were really good at different things and that made it close to where there was no clear winner in round 1. It's about preference and I don't think a winner should be determined by personal preference, there should be 1 clear winner who was better that round. If it's close then it needs another round... round 2 wasn't as close I think gucchon took round 2 because green made mistakes
