Forgive me if this doesn't answer your questions. First, the reason he uses two amps is to have both clean and crunch sound separately. Second, running Ch1 & Ch2 simultaneously allows him to use all the EQ knobs that a single JC-120 has for more variations of sound making. Then last but not least, the reason putting the amps vertically is to make a change in a character of bass tone (He didn't explain how different it is) since putting them vertically increases their ground contact area. Hope this helps.
@@mmafrance For clean sound, he makes it with a BOSS Acoustic Simulator and JC-120's REVERB and CHORUS (not explained in detail). For crunch (distortion) sound, using some crunch pedals (not specified) with VIB on JC-120 but both SPEED and DEPTH knobs at zero, for wider soundstage. Then he links up Ch1 to Ch2 in this order: Guitar → HIGH-INPUT of Ch1 → LOW-INPUT (as an OUTPUT) of Ch1 → HIGH-INPUT of Ch2. Actually I'm not a JC-120 guy but hope this makes sense to you!
shin san is such an awesome guitarplayer and singer. and a humble, polite and charming person as well as I can tell from jellfishs videos. cool guy.

Hello JC120 friends!
Can someone explain me the settings in order to have both amps running and also Ch1 & Ch2 running simultaneously?
Merci!

@@citypepper3238 This will help for sure, thank you so much! Maybe you could help me with another question: How are they connected together?

Wagakki Band
