The reason I looked this up was to find out how long one should use a jackhammer, I did it for 4 hours straight and now my shoulders have been in harsh pain for 2 weeks now. Terrible 4 hours into it ,my arms felt like spaghetti,no more strength,I had to stop😢😢.
