I take organic Turmeric mixed with black pepper and raw honey. I take at least one spoonful a day up to 3. I have a good amount of arthritis from a car wreck that crushed my pelvis on the right side which they reconstructed in 2011 plus hip replacement on the same side in July of 2013. I have several healed fractures of vertebrae from the base of my skull down to the pelvis. While this does not completely take away all pain and discomfort I prefer it to the prescription pain relievers and muscle relaxers that I was once taking. 1 tablespoon of Organic turmeric powder with 3.5 ounces of Raw Honey and a spoon of black pepper. From this mixture one spoon a day, just a regular table/eating spoon. If one is ill, 3 spoons a day makes an excellent antibiotic. In the antibiotic dosage I've seen this heal diarrhea in people as well as "covid", or Corona Virus ie The Poison Crown. In cats and dogs both putting just a bit of this on their noses has healed up stomach problems and diarrhea in about 3 days, some immediately. I'm no doctor, but I know what I've seen with my own four eyes. I've been doing this personally for over four years, I'm 57.
I really don't see a lot of content online about this stuff, specifically for autoimune diseases. Your knowledge is very helpful, I had no idea there could be something called generations when it comes to supplements! Amazing
Sir my 10 years old daughter suffering from Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. For her Please suggest the best combination of Curcumin + Pepper Please ? I am from India
Thank you for all that you have shared. Appreciate it. I'm a RA patient for more than 20yrs. Is it safe to take curcumin supplements with sulphasalazine and methotrexate? Thank you.
Can't I just use the turmeric powder at the grocery aisle, and add black pepper? 1 tsp turmeric and sprinkling of ground black pepper. Made into tea. It's helps lower my inflammation.
can I buy the turmeric root and the ginger root to mix? when you make the golden milk what kind of milk do you use? I thought we were supposed to stay away from dairy w/ RA?
Are these not ultra-processed though? Also a couple of things I’d be very grateful if you could discuss: First is alcohol - I noticed that it wasn’t specifically mentioned in your “foods” not to eat for inflammation video. Oh and eggs? Are eggs ok? Secondly I watched your top supplement video, but as an ovo-lacto-vegetarian I’m also concerned/conscious about B12 and protein intake and I don’t want to be taking tons of supplements. How do you manage to get all your nutrients whilst avoiding a ton of supplements?
@@MYAutoimmuneMD pain from Sjogren's with inflammatory arthritis and RA is excruciating. Refreshing to see a doctor not shoving pills down our throat. Not only these doctors don't listen but all they do is pretend they understand and oh here is plaquebil and here is methotrexate and here is Leflunomide but get a CT scan first before we kill your immune system. . and I say no to all of the above and looked as a non compliant patient and they become upset. .I'm lost in the us healthcare system truly

Which real whole Turmeric supplement brand is the real best 🤔

So for the 3rd generation are these the brands you recommend?
There are multiple third generation turmeric out there. Lots of different brands. I'm not partial a specific brand
@@MYAutoimmuneMD how do you know if it’s 3rd generation?
Meriva.
