カッコいいです。ダブルチャックでガッチリ芯を固定すると言う事でしたら、製図用シャーペンに良さそうな機構ですね。いずれにしても日本で2〜3千円なら沢山売れそうですね。😊

some penac products were outsourced and manufactured in other countries, such as Taiwan, China, Korea and Thailand. For me, they have pretty fine quality, despite the outsoucing outside of Japan. Apparently the major manufacturers (Platinum, Kokuyo, Pentel, UNI, Pilot and others) talked him out of manufacturing in the country.

some Penac mechanical pencils they're actually regional reskins with slightly worse performance (materials, construction, parts attachment and own production or outsourcing).
Such as Penac The Pencil - the reskin of discontinued old Kokuyo Enpitsu mechanical pencil, RB08M - own development, but added Platinum's Zero-Shin technology (aka Penac's Zero Slider), Sleek Touch - Kokuyo Power Fit, and of course - Penac Tri Eraser - discontinued Pentel Ain Eraser.
I'm not going to hate this firm. I like their pencils and other products, but they should step up the quality for everyone. But most importantly, major companies like Platinum should be allow to Penac to import some innovative models like OLENU.
P.S: greetings from russian penac fan! in own collection i have in own collection Protti PRC105, The Pencil (0.9 and 1.3 mm), Non-Stop (0.5 and 0.7 mm), RB-085M, Tri Eraser and also refill leads ^ - ^
