Easy question! The original series! The Duel Tower on KaibaCorp Island where the finals took place was one of the most iconic things about the original series! Almost 20 years and I still remember this stuff. Man the nostalgia!

I thought about going kinda high rarity on my Goat Format Deck; however, I wanted to play it so chose to go "nice" rarity.

Some recommendations for the extra would be Karbonola warrior, Fusionist, king Dragun, Last Warrior from another planet, and Dragoness. You can replace some of the weaker fusions for these ones. I’d also play two nobleman. With how many flip monsters in the format, it can be a blowout in some matches
I think I have a copy of all of those. Nobleman is super strong, I think 2 is a good idea

Extra deck is pretty much only missing the gatling dragon and a 3* just in case it comes up. Why only 1 night assailant? Isnt looping him pretty much why he's so good?
I am not an expert at GOAT so I am taking suggestions!
@@Ruxin34 2 night assailants are insane man, you could loop it a lot with cards with discard effects, like 2 Night Assailants with Graceful Charity = Draw 3 cards (because the first Night Assailant can return the second one while the second one can return the first one).
The other usage are by getting 1 of Night Assailant to GY first and getting 1 in hand, it's essentially having free cost for discard card like Lightning Vortex, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, Raigeki Break and so on!

Its definitely one of the best if not the best!
Heads up: Sometimes youtuber Lithium2300 has in his format tournament matches (it's a pretty cool concept - different decks from different eras of yugioh) goat decks. That and diamond dude turbo and DAD (heh) decks do quite well in the tournament.

Nice idea. I would personally swap the Ring of Destruction for the RP02 secret though. Also, how about the ulti MST? I know the original print is technically the best but the ultimate is sick.
Oh and this video reminds me of a terrible mistake I made when I got back into yugioh collecting about four years ago: I still wasn't clued-up on the set codes and sold a CP03 Reaper...for £5. Makes me feel ill!

Battle city is from the Original series and was the best in my opinion. The Sacred Cards was one of my fav GBA games back in the day.
I always used sleeves on my main deck, but with other decks I would just shuffle with no regard haha

I wouldn’t grade commons unless they are LOB 1st and can get a 10!

As someone who has max rarity goat, I took it apart because it was pushing like $4000 or something. Just not worth it anymore. Also, max rarity of a lot of these cards are more expensive than you would think. Astral priest on tcg player is $20 for example. If you’re playing standard goat, then it’s still expensive, but I would suggest getting into goat format first and finding what you like before you begin maxing out.
I’m now struggling with the thought of buying three super saku to make the deck I want to play!

New sub, love the content. There's a turbo pack chaos sorcerer that's pretty cool. Its ultra rare. Also, there is a lot of hobby league goat stuff and the heavy storm is pretty nice if you, dark baltar is another cool hobby league option.

Battle city my good sir was in the original series. The sinsiter serpent is like 3k on tcg it's because it was released in that video game as a promo but the game failed and so it was only released in Spain.

Found my old cards from the synchro era and wanted to build either tengu plant or teledad at max rarity.
When I saw the prices, it made me choke. I found your video and wanted to ask if it's a good idea to start now like you do with goat control and build slowly or should I stop because I have the feeling that the prices will keep skyrocketing.

Yeah, I would do it man! If you go for max rarity just take it slowly because yeah some prices are nuts!! But if you take it one card at a time you can do it. Its gonna take me quite a while to max out this deck, probably years
