Now I understand these basics better. Yet another question I have that I can't find on You Tube for ACDSee: how to blur the background of a photo. Hope you can help me!

Hi. Check out this video for ACDSee Ultimate 2023. Now, if you're using an older version, you'll need to manually mask your background (or foreground and invert). If you do a lot of background blurring - 2023 is the way to go!

@@silentpeakphoto1845 @Silent Peak Photo thank YOU! Yes, I already thought of working with layers and masks in 2022-ultimate. I have no Paypal f.i. to easy buy 2023. My daughter ordered and advanced payment 2022version for me. Yet it is a pity, that one has to buy updates again and again. I just saw that you explained how to remove or blurr backgrounds using Luminar Nero. That I have too, so I 'll listen tot your instructions...

You're welcome. But no. Although you could manually brush out a background in 2022, only Ultimate 2023 has auto masking and background removal. If you'd like to know more - silentpeakphoto.com/photography-software/photo-editing-apps/photo-editing-app-reviews/acdsee-ultimate-2023-review/

what I can't stand is in the year 2022 (ACDSEE Ultimate )
it still using such small fonts that is NOT COMPATIBLE with monitors running FHD.
    this is unforgivable

Hi Proton - just so you know, I'm presenting ACDSee at 4K. I find ACDSee to scale well at 1080p. If you haven't already - you can try it with your display for free. All the best.
