Honestly. I think you deserve a few sponsorships. You have such a great channel. And you have worked extremely hard to get where you are, now.
And knowing you, you wont stand by a product you dont trust or like. I dont think you would mislead us, just for money. You show more integrity than that.

The ability for it to shut off the gen when it's full is truly genius. Also, the fact that you can use it to charge your E-bike over night at a slower pace and then charge it in half the time is also quite nice. Keep up the great content. I realize you didn't get a check for this piece, but man, they couldn't ask for a better way to advertise.

I have the EcoFlow Delta River 2, and I bought it because you own one, and everything it has done for you.. I haven't used it for what I bought it for yet, which is to power a heater / Electric Blanket at work. But I did run my little heater off it one night, to see how it would perform, and a 200 watt Heater, drew 30% battery in 8 hours. I was blown away at how little battery it used.

Hey Dustin, I'm REALLY enjoying your "Break In" series where you're getting to know the rig and the way it runs and acts for you, looking forward to watching for my 3rd season... I watch 2 or 3 other Van-lifers, Overlanders and Adventurers on TH-cam and the one thing they all have in common (other than being awesome and entertaining) is that they have ALL started using Star-Link so that they can be in touch and work anywhere, anytime. I think that it may have become the #1 tool for TH-camrs who travel, and work from their units. I'm NOT an Elon Musk fan, but Star-Link is a good tool/toy and will be useful in a lot more situations going forward. B.T.W., Mr. porter, you have always been straight up with we the "Dustin" Nation (lol...I just had to use that) so I think that you might not need to worry so much about appearing ethical, un-biased, and being able to criticize or praise something, we have come to trust you and your straight forwardness, so maybe it's time for you to accept a couple of those offered sponsorships and make life a little easier on YOU ! ( I recommend reaching out to Joolca, a company out of Australia. They manufacture outdoor showers, and all the accessories for them, and from what I've seen from the Overland/adventure community...they are damn awesome. Chrome Valdez from @VANCITY VANLIFE whom I've followed for just over 5 years now has one (for about 8 or 9 months now I think) and he absolutely raves about it, and it's one of those things that also saves on the electrical end of things, because it runs off propane (he runs his on the 1 lb bottles, but I believe there is an adapter that could fit a 20-40lb bottle as well)...anyway, you keep on bein' you, and just think about being a little easier on yourself....and thank you for the continuing incredibly awesome content, be safe, stay safe, and have fun.....Peace Out from Doc, in the Great White (now very green, and getting hot) North of southern Ontario, Canada...🦫🦫🍁🍁🍁

I'm going to be getting an Ecoflow generator to run my water well if/WHEN the power goes down. As a plumber, you made a good choice with you water heating. I can't speak for LP but, electric is more efficient than natural gas when it come to on demand water heaters. I'm looking forward to seeing how you charge your Ecoflow generator when your out in the wild. I plan using solar to charge mine when the power goes down.

Thank you for the interesting updates. I enjoy finding out how things are made and how they run. In your first episode you showed us the installation of your solar panels. You said that you had used household 14 /2 wire to run from your solar panel to your controller. I am not an expert but I do know a little bit about Alexa. 14-2 house wire is designed specifically for carrying 14/2 house wire is designed specifically for carrying AC electricity. Any solar installation I have worked on as always used heavy-duty multi-strand copper wire to run from the solar panel to the controller. I can only suggest talking with a solar panel installation expert to find out if you are running your system as efficiently as it should be. Thank you again for your Wednesday Productions even if they are on Tuesday. Have a great week and I look forward to the next episode

Hi Destin....always enjoy your videos. Regarding your hot water in your camper. On my trawler I have been using a Bosh on demand hot water heater. It has done a good job. ...miserly use of propane and very fast. If you consider that system a waste of water, it all depends on how far the hot water has to travel from heater to tap. When turning on the hot water tap, it is hot very quickly...a cup or two of water wasted. You might want to reconsider propane on demand water heaters. Amazon has a ton of them for sale..easy to install...trouble free.

We don't overland or full time, we just camp including a longer road trip each year. we also don't have to run all the cameras, drones, etc. But a while back I was having a battery/starter/alternator issues on my tow vehicle (pulling a teardrop). Long story short, my mechanic had my alternator rebuilt at a local shop and they bumped its output up. Next he ran the alternator output into a DC/DC charge controller, one lead to the vehicle battery, one to the teardrop battery. Ever since not a peep of trouble, no solar panels needed, no plugging in, nothing but the charge accumulated while driving for all our electrical needs.

That thing is a MONSTER!! I haven't tried any Ecoflow products...yet! I do have my original Saouki power station, which has been great and is easily recharged as we drive. But, this spring, I was sent 3 other power stations to do reviews on and have been impressed with each one. I now own a Bluetti and 2 Allpowers! I'm in the process of testing out the Allpowers S2000 and have yet to find something it won't run! But, my main purpose is like yours - recharging. My rigs 12 volt system runs everything inside the rig and recharges with solar from the roof. I've also been given 800W worth of portable solar panels! I love that I can put them out in the sun and park in the shade. Do you use any portable solar panels? If so, what is your experience? Love the Workshop Wednesday addition to the adventures!

well, the only concern I would have, is when fire gets to these products, so it's been said that for an EV car, it would take 30 million tons of water to put out a fire, so what's to be done in case of fires? Do the products have a safety feature for those types of issues? Do you have an escape plan? Don't go leaving batteries around folks, they must be disposed of properly!

"30 million tons" is an interesting way of pronouncing 150,000 litres

Why do they call it a generator? It is a battery charged by solar panels.

Be real careful charging that E-bike. I've seen so many fires caused by overheating batteries just in NYC alone.

usually, that is due to after market non approved chargers to my knowledge.
