Somehow got a collateral with the Star .45 in this one.

This game has more immersion than every far cry to date

I use the same strategy to kill bosses in the cities from outside the no shooting area
when you dont care about the mission and you just kill everyone instead

Far Cry 2 was deeply flawed but had something to it that made it special. So many amazing details like how guns would jam, rockets would malfunction and fly everywhere, blowing up ammo would spray bullets from the explosion and fires would spread and burn down whole areas. Can’t believe all these cool mechanics didn’t make it into the later games.

Hey man just found your channel. I'm glad to see that Farcry 2 is being by people other than myself. In my opinion it's up there in the top 5 FPS games of all time along with Medal of Honor 2010. It's really upsets me that Farcry 3 through 5 have been a consistant downgrade in the physics and seriousness of the game.
Far cry 3 and 4 i dont thunk it was that bad far cry 2 could have improved on its story but it is still a good game

While I'd go as far as to say the Real Africa SweetFX tweaks make Far Cry 2 look better than ever (Or at least any config edits that just bring the colour back), no amount of GFX is needed to make your stylish carnage stunning to behold!

Fun fact: You can actually obtain every weapon in the game before crossing down to the southern part of the map -- except for the Uzi.
Mortar can be acquired by glitching through to the abandoned house in the desert between the maps (before updates) by driving fast enough before your character automatically jumps out of the car and passes out. You will respawn at the house. Do the same to get back.
Desert Eagle can be acquired by mercy killing a fallen buddy.
Fal Paratrooper can be acquired from the level of your reputation right before Act I ends.
AR-15, USAS-12, .50 cal, SAW LMG, CARL G rocket launcher and the grenade launcher can be picked up at various pre-unlocked safe houses.
Any other weapons can be unlocked via the computer w/ diamonds... EXCEPT for the Uzi.
This sucks imo.
@Johnny Doe so is the AK, especially in the African environment so the buddies using an AK and Desert Eagle should be jamming after every clip lol

Old video I know but I still play this game today and got one question: how tf are these enemies missing you!? I'd be getting pre-fired with deadly accuracy before I've even finished coming around a corner. Is it a mod or do the difficulty levels affect their accuracy?

Is it true every character has some kind of custom missions? I remember years ago I had to snipe kill an APR boss through the bare window of his headquarters, as his watchman told me to kill him from the bell tower in the city, useless to say I stirred up the fucking hell in the city.

Hey how do you feel about RDR 2 shooting gameplay in free aim? I tried to be creative but the gameplay is so messy like you always to take a cover so that your aim is not shaky, and Morgan is way too slow.. Or maybe I'm? :/
