During their conversation, the incident they had with Elon Musk-where they asked him to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior-was brought up. Ray explains in depth what biblical evangelism is, and shows an example of a recent conversation he had that demonstrates what these biblical evangelism principles look like in action.

Hi I know I don’t know you OwO Isabelle but I saw your profile picture and I’m just assuming you have watched cartoons or anime before. The reason I am mentioning this is because I used to watch a lot of cartoons and anime growing up. And I have heard people give Hell testimony videos of them mentioning that these characters were demons. There was one video of a lady I saw who was speaking to a crowd and she said she saw someone die and they went into Hell and they were being tormented by a demon named Ben 10. I used to watch this show in the past. There is another channel on hear called Wisdom and Understanding. He mentioned in a Hell testimony video that he saw a demon in Hell that yelled at him. He said this demon was a cartoon character that he knew of. His video was almost 49 mins but if you wanted to watch the part where it really speaks on that I would say it would be the 20 min mark to the 35 min mark would be maybe around that point where he talks on that. The reason I’m mentioning this isn’t to attack or judge you at all i just don’t want Satan gaining any access into your life or anyone else’s.

No it wouldn't because I don't think we should build discernment on other people's experiences but on the word of God.

@@ericgiordano5678 It's an interesting thought, but remember that demons were once angels, according to the Bible; therefore, demons also are capable of shapeshifting to what they need to fulfill a certain purpose. A cartoon character is someone that kids watch save the world and help others: they feel comfort and safety when they see them, because they represent good.
As an adult, you won't remember those characters most of the time, but they exist in your subconscious. You might even feel nostalgia by remembering some details of the cartoon, because it's a safe memory, it makes you feel good. Demons could intentionally exploit this, by distorting and manipulating it so they can disturb you by attacking something vulnerable; then, you'd be unable to think straight during a turbulent moment, for example, and end up making terrible decisions for yourself or others.
This means that anything could be exploited; in theory, any kind of image or memory could be twisted to something evil, not just cartoons.
I gotta admit that I was one of those people who were a little upset at the Babylon Bee for not presenting the gospel more appropriately to Elon. But I have to give them credit for having Ray Comfort come on their show and provide some good solid pointers. That shows humility and an eagerness to do well. What a great thing when believers can come together and bless each other and encourage and teach one another. :)
Babylon Bee is the perfect example of God gives grace to the humble but resists the proud.
In the book of Acts there was a man by the name of Apollos who was knowledgeable in scriptures. Had such a zeal for God and only knew the baptism of John and spoke boldly in synagogues.
Whenever Priscilla and Aquila heard him they invited him home to explain to him the way of God more adequately.
Apollo received the message and applied it to God’s ministry.
In the end, we can see that Apollos had a very fruitful ministry and mentioned highly by Apostle Paul.
Me too, Chibi! Still not a fan tho of their question ‘can you do us a solid and accept the Lord’…and the way they said ‘we got him!’. Who got who?! But I do agree they did a good thing by talking w/ Ray. I imagine they got a LOT of criticism after the EM interview!

Yes that’s not the best way to get someone born again. There’s also no way of knowing that they “got him” Elon Musk just said: “Sure, if he’s saving people …” that’s not how it works. You don’t just say: Sure, I’ll accept that .”
It’s in Romans 10:9.

I appreciate you Ray! The guys at the Babylon Bee were so gracious and let you gently guide them. I had some doubts after watching that interview they did with Elon Musk, but you did the right thing, what Jesus would do. You went right to sharing the life saving gospel, using good analogies. It is intimidating to spread the gospel, and you lovingly gave them (and us viewers) some great tips. Your ministry has changed so many lives, including my own. Your humility and love for people and for God are so refreshing in today's day and age. Thank you for being a voice of reason in this culture.

That's really amazing and takes humble wisdom to do that.
When a believer comes to Christ, the Holy Spirit gives spiritual gifts. Ray Comfort has the gift of evangelism. It is a supernatural gift from God. He is helping the rest of the church grow in the LORD to give the good news. All glory to God.

Wow, God bless the gentlemen for their humbleness and teachable spirit. It is so rare in this day and age to see public figures admit shortcomings, sadly even Christians. Ray you are a bold man and I love the example you made about the waitress.

Great video Ray Comfort and Living Waters ministry but Elon Musk should read The Scriptures specifically The Gospels, Ecclesiastes and Proverbs because they have answers to those questions he may have through revelation from God which it seems that psychologist Jordan Peterson has done in considering The Truth of God's Word and Christianity. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't.
I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers.

ago funny how they won't believe that God an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being created us from the Earth) which came from a supermassive expansion of matter at high temperature that inexplicably created everything in the known universe that supposedly came from nothing billions of years ago. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of but not macro or micro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. I am hopeful they got advice from Ray [ role play ] to come up with ideas. I mean the guest on the show will likely only visit them 1x so you might as well go for it, and do it well, and in love.
I also hope past guests watch the interview with Ray, and who knows - maybe Elon could become a Christian. He's rich and doesn't answer to or have to cater to anyone. If he turns to Christ it could have a pos effect on other rich people and average people. Pray for Elon & everyone

I have watched hundreds of Rays' videos over the years, and I never tire of hearing what some would call the same message again and again because it is the most important and the most WONDERFUL message that has ever been or will ever be on this Planet... that Jesus Christ died FOR sinners and rose again to give us LIFE!

This was so gracious of everyone involved. Must admit I was critical of their Elon Musk interview. Not so much the way they directly asked him about accepting Jesus but the laughing and giggling. Death is not a joke so asking someone if they're going to accept Christ as their Savior is no laughing matter. I think the guys at the Babylon Bee have a heart for the Gospel and it was humble of them to sit down with Ray and listen to the wisdom he's gleaned through years of ministry.

Babylon Bee and Ray Comfort are clearly experts in their own mostly different fields (evangelism, and political satire) so it’s great to see these experts comparing notes so both can learn from each other.
Not sure if there was anything worth learning from Babylon Bee, correct me if I'm wrong.

@@Quincy_Morris Jesus clearly told us to stay out of politics, anybody that builds on another foundation other than what Jesus laid is wrong (scripture says not I).. politics is fine if your bringing the Gospel, but not how they practiced it. You can smell the agenda isn't for Christian fundamentals at all. Focus on what matters @Babylon Bee the word of God.

And the Bible commands us to take part in politics, as all it’s commands and guild lines regarding leaders is politics. Also there’s lots of stories where God installs kings (David, Saul etc.) or judges kings for doing the wrong thing (Solomon, Ahab etc.)
Thus how leaders should act has always been something the Bible has had a lot to say about.

I am so happy to see this. I cringed so hard when this happened on Babylon bee. I was so sad that they seemed to take it so casually when it is so so so important. Elon seemed to take it more seriously than they did.

I was guilty of being one to be like “what was that?!” BUT meanwhile I have never shared the gospel with anyone I don’t think so we need to be careful that we aren’t hypocritical like that. Also, yes - I’m very happy that this meeting happened between these gentlemen and Ray. Shows much humility 💕

Babylonbee was clearly intimidated by Musk which prevented them from sharing the gospel. What made it worse is that they validated to Musk he was a Christian without him even receiving Christ as Lord and Savior. To me, the latter issue is far worse.
It's true. They reminded me of a bunch of Jr High kids. It probably would have been better for them to have never brought that subject up. To me it almost seems they did more harm than good by the way they handled that. 🤦♀️🤷♀️

Ray has an awesome way of witnessing! I love it, it has helped me so much to feel comfortable about getting out there and witnessing. Unfortunately I’m always at work it seems and to be bold at my job is difficult for me because there is a bit of fear losing my job but I haven’t let my faith stop me from sharing Jesus. Thank you Ray!!!

For those who doubted the Babylon Bee, I've never been good at witnessing either. I'm incredibly shy and not very experienced. But do I want to be a good witness, yes! We are all on different levels. It's easy to look down on people and think you know them but that's pretty egotistical to think you know what someone is thinking. Let God be God. Only He knows.
The woman who neat him up: Sometimes what we think is the wrong thing to say was exactly what the other person needed to know.
A friend of mine was a teacher at a Christian school.
He had an aweful female student who was rude and mouthy.
Finally one day she got a bad grade on her paper and approached the teacher.
She began mouthing off at him amd express
G her anger.
He stood up and told her that she was a miserable young girl and that he wasnt going to let jer ruin the rest of his day, which was what she was trying to do.
He felt so bad for responding the way he did.
Later she was kickedout ofthe school.
She later returned and told and spoke to my friend.
She apologized for her behavior and admitted thatshe was angry about something else and was taking it out on him. She said he had was rightto say what he did.
She also told him how she was in her science class at the public school she ended up attending.
They watched a weather video and while they were watching it she was struck by the Holy Spirit with a revelation of God’s goodness and holiness.
She was astounded and shocked that no one else in the class was realizing what she was.
She ended up surrendering her life to the Lord as a result.
So perhaps that woman NEEDEF to realize she was a crude person. The truth is the truth and some people just cant hear through ears of live but need a good kick in the pants of reality and truth.
I love Ray. I love the wisdom the Lord has blessed him with
FINALLY the right road, Ray has corrected the error, the elephant has shrunk to a flea, the truth has been risen to the throne again. Blessings, blessings, blessings. That was a close call, too close for comfort Bee. Praying for you all.
This is a perfect example of humility on behalf of all three men. I love it. We can all learn from Ray (😄) and he was so humble in his rebuke, and the Babylon Bee men welcomed the rebuke, as in Psalm 145:5, that’s convicting and motivating to me. Thank you, guys! Praise the Lord.
Thank you for doing this interview Ray. A lot of christians got offended at the bee for being so flippant with the gospel and the Name of Jesus. Not everyone is as Eloquent as you, but I don't think they should have made it into a joke... It made me very sad.

These guys, as much of the world and many self-proclaimed Christians, put Jesus second to the world.
That is where they fail. God is first -- in ALL things. When you put God first in ALL things, He will guide you.
God is second to these gentlemen, therefore, they aren't led by the Spirit and they're trying to figure out on their own how to share the gospel.
You don't figure that out. The Spirit does. You are simply the vessel.

Praying for Elon Musk. And, yes, the guys at Babylon bee could have handled the interview way better. They should probably have had an apologetic on the show. Maybe a debate. Elon Musk is quite intelligent, so having an interview on apologetics could have really planted a seed. But I could see he has a lot of hurt and feels very alone. Praying that he reaches out to Jesus and be saved. No more hurt and no more loneliness.

@@LivingWaters Ray, thank you for this, I really appreciate and enjoyed the teaching. It is the simplest way to minister to people. In my case, I learned about the love of Jesus from the time I could speak. I was very fortunate. And I think me being born again could be like Nicodemus. I knew about the love of Jesus, I knew about my need for Jesus, and I chose Jesus at a very early age wholeheartedly. My parents are full time missionaries, I have more a ministry of intercession. But when God puts someone on my path that needs to be saved, I am very sensitive to what they need to hear, what The Holy Spirit wants me to tell them and how. Still, now I wonder, if Elon Musk was approached this way (hells best kept secret), if he would sincerely have given his heart to Jesus. I know about this Native American tribe that all got saved because they heard that, when Jesus was on the cross, the Roman soldier pierced His side with a spear. That sealed the deal. In their culture, if someone took a spear for someone else, it would mean the highest honor to that person and that that person saved the other one's life. I don't know the whole story so well, but the point is that Jesus meets us where we are. That is why I thought apologetics might have sparked something in Elon Musk because he is very intelligent. But I'm praying Jesus meets him where he is.

I'd never heard of this sinner's prayer until recently & unaware how much it was used...And the numerous times of coming to the Lord..I was recently baptised again after 40 years having understood I was baptised for those people around me and not for my Lord God in knowledge, thankfulness that Jesus died for me taking my sin upon himself. I attend a church..there is only 9 of us there some Sundays - 2 eldely couple in their 80s, a couple with disabilty and myself but filled with much more love, praise & obedience for the Lord than a packed hillsong stadium! I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. Ray I am so glad you went and talked to the guys at Babylon Bee about how to evangelize. I watched their Elon Musk episode and was somewhat horrified at how they did what they did and then at the end when Elon reluctantly gave a somewhat positive answer they said, "We got em!" I don't really think they did, but I am hopeful that they will learn from your videos and get better at their evangelization methods. The thing they have to remember is that they don't "get" people saved. We are seed planters and waterers only.

What bothered me about the Babylon Bee's way of "witnessing" was that they failed to listen to Elon's questions and try to answer them. They insisted on getting a decision from him. I thought that was rude and discourteous. They failed to give him understanding!
What they need to learn is that ...people don't care what you know, they want to know that you care about them as persons, not a project.

I’m praying for Babylon bee. It just seemed that they take salvation very flippantly. There is a lot of humor in this world, but this isn’t one of them. I used to watch and share them but I stopped at the Elon Musk interview because it struck my heart the callousness of the topic. I was hoping on this interview, but they still take it in flippant manner. It breaks my heart because so many need to know the true gospel, not “hey, do you want to take Jesus into your heart?”.

What a blessing!!! SOOO thankful Ray had this opportunity to lovingly confront the Babylon Bee hosts about how they decided to speak with Elon Musk about Jesus. I was crushed by the interview they had with Elon - it was so sad that they had him right there and handled it perhaps the worst way possible...jokingly trivializing the most important decision anyone ever makes. I get that they are known for the comedic parody and that they were no doubt very nervous, but...well, just SUCH a missed opportunity especially inasmuch as Elon is someone who has admitted to being a truth-seeker and I can't help but consider his vast reach and what it could mean for the Kingdom of God were he to become an excited, true, born-again believer. Maybe it'll be God's will that Elon will somehow come across Ray's loving, gentle rebuke of the fellas at Babylon Bee - and maybe it'll be just the seed God waters for Elon's sake - for the sake of many souls. That'd be so glorious! I pray this in Jesus' name, amen.
It can be intimidating to share the gospel with someone. Even though the Bee's approach wasn't the best, at least they did it when many others would not take the opportunity. It reminds me of Peter walking on the water with Jesus. Peter was overcome by his doubt, but he was the only one to take that step out of the boat.
Agreed. And the Holy Spirit can use the smallest opportunity in an imperfect situation to change a man’s soul. I know a man who was saved while listening to God speak through a Beatles song, “Let it Be," when he was driving with a gun on the way to kill the people who murdered his brother. The lyrics touched him, he relented, and got saved. He’s now an evangelist. If God can speak through “Let it Be“ then he can speak through the Babylon Bee, despite all the Monday morning quarterbacks in the TH-cam comments saying, "You’re doing it wrong!" But hey, at least they did it. And if I remember correctly, he actually said, "if Jesus is in the saving business, sure, I’ll be saved." People look at the outward appearance, and how it comes off outwardly as crass, but God looks at the heart. "Behold, I stand at the door and knock." I think Elon unlatched the door at that moment. The Holy Spirit clearly has a foothold in his life.

I’ve really enjoyed using Living Waters money tracts. I budget each month to place real $20 bills in each to pass out to people. It knocks out two birds with one stone: sharing the Gospel in a tract and demonstrating Christian generosity so people believe my sincerity in sharing the tract.
