Yo bro nice vid. the fade in your shot is most likely cuz your stance is too open. longer irons have less area for error because they have less loft so my best advice i could give you is next time you go to the range start with your 4 iron. i know it sounds crazy but warming up backwards will force you to actually fix those little things in your swing. I had the exact same swing as you basically and overtime corrected it doing it. those shots you said you “pulled” were your straightest shots. not saying thats where you are aiming but its just the way your body is aligned. check ur grip too and make sure the side of the bottom pad of your left hand is squished against the club when u grip. you nail the ball too. keep that little jump just dig lower in the backswing.

how do you determine which swing speed is appropriate for which shaft stiffness?

I would try to get fitted, they will break down analytics to let you know what shafts would work best
