It might just stay as user-worked, but with new equipment and push-button barriers. I was talking the the owner of the house (who appears in one of the clips), he said he'd had several conversations with Network Rail but didn't have a definite answer.
I would love to spend a weekend in that house!

Great video! Interesting miniature warning light, seems to use different LEDs compared to most and it seems to be a bit dimmer as well.
