Your right,we do have the same defence but we have a different coach now with a different style of play & maybe a plan b or c if we ever need it,

A lot of waffle, but the team is what matters and results on the pitch. Nice to see the ground being improved, but we feel best when Town are winning. Let's not forget we fans were kicked out of canalside, that was an exclusion that turned sour and has not been righted.

Nice stuff but how has that design that doesn’t remotely look like a terrier survived the rebrand? Get rid of it and use the old terrier please.

all corporate words and waft - Sold our most creative player in Sorba. Likely best CB and top scorer Helik is off too. Missed out on our Number 1 target in Alfie May, now scrambling to get an unproven teenager in on loan as a striker - where's the money? Another crock signed in Balker; lees and Pearson haven't got an ounce of pace in them; we need a pacey CB, money needs to be spent. We need a CDM with quality, not 34 year old hogg or the athlete (non footballer) that is Kasumu. MONEY NEEDS TO BE SPENT, THIS CLUB ALWAYS DOES THINGS ON THE CHEAP.
The fact Birmingham came in and offered the 31 year old May a 3 year contract and something like 20k a week meant, we didn’t stand a chance once they’d come in so I think it’s fair to say mitigating circumstances played a part there. As for losing some of our better players - we had players with bad attitudes last season. It doesn’t take a genius to work out Sorba was one of them. The fact that after a relegation we’ve so far only lost 2 players, with at least one of them being a disruption in the dressing room says we haven’t done too bad. I’d like to see a striker in and a centre back, preferably sooner rather than later but the window is open for over a month yet.
And as for doing things on the cheap. We spent approx £4-5 million in January and more than probably everyone except Birmingham in Lge 1 this summer.
