MDCAT syllabus and other guidelines got announced yesterday.This time a subject called logical reasoning is included as well and marks have been increased to 210.68 mcqs for biology,56 56 mcqs for physiics and chemistry each and 20 for english.

Hello ma'am mein Alevel ka student hoon. Meray olevels mein 8A* the or biology mein distinction bhi thi, top in pakistan (FR). Kya mujhe alevel k baad mdcat dena chahiye ya phir agha khan k liye apply karna chahiye
aga khan best hy if u can afford otherwise mdcat first option rakho u can easily get admission in any govt college.Do take akucat as well ss mdcat don't miss a single chance.U will clear aku easily mdcat will be different but not impossible

u can get admission even in govt med clg if you score a great number in mdcat like 190 plus in that case u can get admission in any private medical college just focus on mdcat now try to score maximum

@@learnspread6271 i consulted someone they said 40% of result matter on O levels as o levels result + a levels result makes 1100 marks for fsc grades so even if i get 190+ marks, my merit will be 86% which is not good

Fatima would you suggest KIPS or STEP online academy because my fsc friends already gave me the recorded lectures for these. Is kay elawa bhi online academy join karnay ka faida hai? physical ka kuch pata nahi abhi.
As long as you have recorded lectures , they're enough, actually better kio ka kionka baar baar rok ka sun sakta ha, make sure to make notes from them baad ma jab chapter parho ga you'll realize how much extra detail they've given you, koi bhi lecture nai chorna , also agr abhi academy nai bhi join ki to test session ma karlena they're really helpful, aur join kips ka hi karna

Assalamualaikum, sister!
I am starting A level and I am pursuing medicine, I am very tensed about mcat and how it is going to be a test from a different syllabus.
Can you please advice me if I should start some mcat preparation while doing A level.
(Like if I am studying 1 subject and a similar subject is in fsc so I can just go through the extra info there as well and learn it?)

First of all if you want to pursue mbbs from pakistan its my advice to get enrolled in fsc.
For A levels students their A stars matter alot while forming equivalence certificate and rest is dependent on your mdcat.If you score below A stars of A then you have to score atleast 96 percent marks in mdcat to get admission.
RELATED TO YOUR QUESTION
FSC AND A LEVELS HAVE BASICALLY SAME KNOWLEDGE BUT DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO STUDY THEM.If you think you can follow both syllabi without compromising your a levels then you can for sure do that.In the beginning it would be tough but will become a easier as you proceed.
