EDIT: The Talent Boiling Blood does NOT work with Tohar, since he doesnt have a Rage skill, so when pairing with Tohar better to use the Spirit of Rage Talent (same as when you pair with Theia)

when you are running lilya theia, do you still use skill talent tree or magic talent tree, as in hulksden video? thanks

I use skill tree but don’t get the talents that boost secondary hero skill damage, but I still believe skill tree offers the best buff for the march since Bertrand has a high damage ratio and the magic tree doesn’t really offer much crystal you can’t get better in the skill tree anyways

Thank you for doing this video! I subscribed because I absolutely love information like this. I have always ran two magic marches but now I'm using celestials with both which really helps. I have always ran Lilia with velyn and waldyr with alwyn but I recently got Bertrand and I am going to try what your video was saying and run Lilia with theia and Bertrand with velyn and see how that goes. I already run my Lilia talent tree very close to what you were saying to run Bertrand but I do have a question. I have always chosen unquenchable will over detached because I seem to do more damage but you are choosing the opposite. Could you explain why? I was just going to mirror their talent trees and see what happens.

Thank you! :) To be honest we do not have a very good way to test for how useful unquenchable will actually is, ignoring 2% HP sounds decent for sure, but compared to gaining 8% skill damage, I dont think it compares, 8% is huge! I would love to be able to test it more but so far I have never seen anything that shows that it really seems to make much of a difference!

Okay thanks! Yes you are doing 8% more skill damage and I agree that is huge but you're also doing 4% less normal attack damage. I am not sure how to calculate either one of these mathematically but do you do more damage overall? Everything in this game revolves around math but I have not been able to figure out how to crunch these numbers.

@@bigpoppa4005 Well ATK dmg from mage marches is already very low, thats marksman units strength not mages, so thats why in this instance its better since most dmg from mages will come from their skills

@@NotCasuals okay thanks! I am a huge fan of mages and especially like flyers. Eventually I am going to be able to run two legions of Marksmen in addition to the two legions of celestials that I already run. I did catch your new video about tohar but haven't been leveling him up just because of the way that he had been working but now I'm wondering if I should use Bertrand and tohar instead of Bertrand and Velyn. My other two mage marches are Lilia with theia and waldyr with alwyn. Actual fighting hasn't happened yet so I haven't really been able to test it besides against darklings and acolytes and they seem to die much faster. I kind of gave up on Calvary just because I very rarely use them in war because they die so quickly

What if we put theia primary? since her primary skill boosts skill damage, would that result a better report than bert primary?

Her talent trees just do not offer anything near as good as the Skill tree sadly, her primary skill still boosts damage if she’s the deputy it just takes a bit of extra time to be applied

Yes atheus works well with him for sure, Theia being legendary does offer significantly more stats though but it depends on your account

Isn’t theia Bertrand better than Bertrand primary?

Not in most situations the talent trees that Bertrand offers are much better for dealing damage

Well actually in the heat of combat it seems like I am regularly able to keep the 2 stacks often enough from a deputy like Velyn doing damage, it depends on a few factors of course but I have high hopes lol
