Pregnant summer mommas you're killing it! I have been there....twice and I froze my entire family out with the AC. Lizzie is right, if you're tired take a nap if you're hungry get you a treat. The end part about having babies at the same time made me tear up. I know it's cliche to say it's so magical and special and all that but it truly is. I can't wait for all the first time mommies to experience it. Honestly it feels the same the second time. Lol

2things- have you tried a belly band? That really helps with backpain and strain. Also suggestion- get a belly binder for after delivery. I got that last pregnancy and i had an unexpected c section and that binder was a LIFE SAVER

I hope you see this. I also hope your back pain has resolved. When I had horrible back pain early on in my pregnancy-I added a ton more protein and it 100% cured that pain. I made it fun to eat though-chocolate berry protein smoothies. Only grass fed beef unflavored protein though

Due August 24th with my second rainbow baby girl and thankfully I’ve been having such an easy pregnancy but the exhaustion is really hitting this week between having a two year old and working (cleaning houses) just counting down the days till baby girl is finally here and I can have break from work 😂
When you wash your hands you are supposed to open the door with the towel you wipe your hands with that way you’re not getting germs from the door or the handle and if the garbage is nearby then throw it away when you open the door
I just want you to know Lizzie, you don't have to lay down to give birth. Squat or get on all fours and then push when it's time. Both are more natural positions. I felt comfortable enough to write this since you offered to transition through your snatch. lol! 😂❤
