My recommendation is getting an ECG, peak flow testing, a plain film chest radiograph, and possibly a CTPA. Also blood tests including inflammatory markers and a d-dimer. Lastly also get tested for TB.

Take consultation from the specialist and do as he says. Take salad with every meal and avoid fast food of all sorts. Stop smoking, vaping, and hookah. Take this disease seriously.
