Just wanted to say how much I absolutely love this channel. Really. I know I've said it before but I feel like I haven't really fully made that point clear. Your reviews are always on point and your enthusiasm for metal's fantastic. The eloquency you employ in these videos are stellar and they don't go unnoticed. The way you describe things and portray your feelings in a way that's so interwoven you don't necessarily even notice--just feels like a great journalist discussing a piece of music--is downright impressive. Otherwise, very glad to see this covered. It's not on the top, top, top of my list due to other releases I am very excited to talk about, but it's definitely on my list for next week.
I found you because I was on the fence about this album, Warbringer has some real bangers but yeah, their albums can be pretty "same-y." This review and your channel ROCK my man! You're very poignant, well spoken, and we'll versed in metal culture. Keep up the good work, dude! I'll be watching and thrashing from the sidelines.
Very excited for this release. I'm not as huge of a thrash metal fan as I used to be but when Warbringer releases an album, I take notice. They are just so much more extreme and ferocious than most other new thrash bands. I'm loving the dark progressive elements they are adding into this album and parts of the last album.
Amazing Album have not been this impressed by a Thrash Record since Vektor’s Terminal Redux and Megadeth’s Dystopia. Definitely one of Warbringer’s strongest work to date 9.6/10.
Thanks for the review Man! I can't wait for some good new Thrash Metal from Warbringer this week and Havok next week. Check out the new albums from Elder, Trivium (obviously), Katatonia, Elaphant Tree, Dance Gavin Dance, and The Used. Have a great day bro!
I absolutly love the new album! Now it's a hard deceide for me which one i love more because in my opinion Woe to the Vanquished was PERFECTION!!! Really, really hard! And i get your point when you speak of shorter albums, so did Vader. Their new one Solitude in Madness is even shorter than The Empire.
Depends - if the song goes through a lot of changes and doesn't stick to a typical thrash pattern, it can get away with being longer. "Holy Wars" and "Master Of Puppets" being classic examples. But even in these cases, I think they'd eventually lose focus if they went on a few more minutes.

Trivium, Katatonia, and Elder are all up next! Pumped for Havok as well, the promo singles I've heard so far have been great.
@@themetalmeltdownofficial Yeah Phantom Force is a ripper
Just listened to the album and I was blown away. I REALLY like the album it's a massive step forward for them IMO.
Picking up a copy tomorrow with new Oranssi Pazuzu. Cheers from Finland, Petri
I look forward to listening to it. Warbringer interests me because I've been following them since 2008.

Damn this is a awesome album by Warbringer - 4.5/5
9/10
I agree a thrash metal album has to be short, but the songs has to be short as well. A 7 minutes thrash song is too long for me.

@@themetalmeltdownofficial Agree dude, old school thrash fit better. But Warbringer is a bit too "brutal" for this (personnal opinion/taste)
Don't see it that way - I hear generic and hardly distinguishable thrash done by ton of others before
