There is no glove rated for 100kv. How is it not getting electrocuted ? Even class 4 gloves max out at 54kv as far as i know.

I work with machines, normally 480 volts, normally kicking up to 50amps, I am provided ppe but never even knew about the 2 inches rule. I will need to check tonight lol. I will start wearing them now if power is live when I check for voltage or amp draw

Gloves? Just approaching this source of power you need to have dielectric mats under your legs. Even if one glove is pinholed, the next will save you. But I wouldn't even risk touching anything as long as suspecting that system is live.
