This topic is so difficult because different journals / articles can be written in different style. People can get tired and forgot to write it. Or maybe there are hidden message in the article bcos you know they simplified it.

@4:47 did the paper told us in the 2nd paragraph they mentioned it was a double blind study which means neither the investigator nor the participants didnt know what drug they take?

Which means for me at least it should be that the randomisation was concealed
