Only been using the xlite mini for an hour or two but coming from maining the orochi it feels really good. With small hands fingertipping this is comftorable and I was able to find a confident grip on it in a couple minutes (needed grip tape on the right side tho). I even wanna say I'm performing better immediately. Main clicks are just slightly heavier than the orochis and I like it cus sometimes I would accidentally actuate mouse2 from how light they were. Weight balance makes it so enjoyable and easy to use. Also the skates surprised me with how much I like them. New main most likely =)
@@michaelbaek3684 The orochi clicks were quite sharp, but the xlite clicks were comparable enough to the point where I never noticed a clear difference and have enjoyed them just as much. Pre and post travel are excellent just like the clicks on the orochi. The only difference I felt is that the Orovhi clicks were feather light while the xlite clicks are just barely heavier to click but by no means heavy
So many bangers coming out this year V2 Mini, X2, XM2W, LA-1. This review convinced me to cancel my preorder on the XM2W and go with the V2 Mini! I use relaxed and aggressive claw grip depending on desktop/gaming use with 18x9.5cm currently on the Model O wireless. I think the V2 Mini will be better suiting, unless XM2W makes a mini. Would love to get your thoughts on this move.
Well I have larger hands than you at 19x10 cm and I can aggressive claw an Orochi v2 so I would not worry about the size of the V2 mini (larger than Orochi V2) Personally I now find the XM1 shape too big, once I tried the Orochi V2 everything else feels clunky and cumbersome! Once you taste Inner hand maneuverability you can't go back! Edit another great claw shape is the Xtrify M42 wireless with back hump shell (same size as V2 mini, different shape)
Just bought the V2 which is my new main. But damn I should have wait for the V2 mini. Need more space between mouse and the end of my palm. I have small hands :( . Thx for the review, really good! Keep it up!

I think Ill just go with the mini version since I can probably be as smooth with the large version with enough training + Ill just hone in my fingertipping rather than branch out to palm gripping due to the maneuverability like you mentioned for apex, also with you having both and preferring the mini version instead > ill wait for more feedback from the community and if ppl prefer mini ill go with that instead but i prob cant go wrong with either, thanks for the reply!

I’ve read that the Mini’s side buttons utilize dot switches that are mushier and hollow and harder to spam. Did you notice the mushiness? Coming from MDW’s superb side buttons, this can be a deal breaker for me.

Just when I say "I'm out".... enjoying the RVU but before that, could not get enough of the MM731....literally fit my hand perfectly and I performed extremely well with it! Kinda miss it....Pulsar Xlite mini looks to be the money maker for Pulsar tbh!

The perfect mouse doesn't exist.. but this comes pretty close. Shape is king. Perfect mouse for me would be: EC1 shape Razer wireless sensor Steel Series clicks Logitech's G702 side buttons (the rest of the logitech side buttons are god awful so this feels weird even saying). Someone make this please.
I guess I'll be ordering this one as well. Cause I absolutely love the Xlite wireless. The only thing I wished was that it was slightly shorter in length to help with the vertical tracking, and this seems to check that box. yes its also my problem with v1 wired, vertical maneuver , 20x11cm 800-900 dpi here. with orochi v2 the clicks are too clicky(heavy) and the mouse weight is also heavy for fingertipping, weight distribution is also quite bad(rear heavy)

@@shindigira like a small to xs size hand. Think gloriuos model O- or Finalmouse Ultra light 2(capetown) that is the sort of sized and shape mouse I can use and prefer. Veil the Xlite mini v2 is short it is still pretty wide and high/tall.

Thank you!!! I like pulsar superglides on hybrid pads and some cloth pads. I like BTL skates on hard pads and corepad control skates. I DO also like tiger ice skates lol. a TON of good options. But for hybrid pads I usually main pulsar superglides. For hard pads I usually main corepads

Tysm!!!! I actually don’t aim train currently. I find it to be of more benefit to aim train in the specific game you’re trying to grind on. For instance, in apex, I’ll try to play as aggressive as possible and get into as many engagements as possible in public games when testing new things or trying to improve on something. Edit: however, I have been thinking about trying some scenarios in kovaaks and aimlabs.

Which one would you recommend the V2 regular or Mini? I have 18x20cm hands, maining the VPU with a relaxed claw grip and play Apex Legends.
You would need a more aggressive claw grip for the mini. With your size hands the full size might be a more solid option with a relaxed claw grip. But honestly a very hard question. I think both could work! Tough choice!
A little late, but I've been absolutely binging your reviews as I'm looking into getting a new mouse. I have the gpx superlight at the moment and I enjoy it, but I feel like I want something smaller. I have 17x10cm hands and I'm debating between the xlite v2 mini, the x2 mini, or the starlight 12 small. I use a relaxed claw and hold the mouse high in my hand, with the back of the hump touching the top of my palm just below my fingers (I prefer a lot of contact with the base of my palm on my mousepad). I'm thinking the x2 mini might make the most sense for me but I'd love to hear any thoughts or suggestions.
Does it have the same battery capacity as the normal Xlite/Xlite V2? It was pretty good before, but this one being smaller might have a smaller battery

could very well be because it's a new mouse for you, but you are overshooting a bit on it compared to gpx nd orochi v2.
I think I noticed that at time especially with my wingman and PK. I feel corrections are super quick though

If the gpx is to big and the razor orochi is to small this is the best mouse I have used. I have the glass skates and the core pad grips.

I've used both GPX and Xlite. I would say the clicks were stiffer than GPX. Gave it a week and got used to it.

Sadly for me & my small hands, this mouse is still a tad to big for my liking, except for the length of it, but for the rest of the dimensions it is.
What size hands do you have? Because this mouse is pretty small compared to a lot.

Hahaha. I actually do feel I play more aggressive and refined with my angles on the smaller mice. But they begin to cause discomfort in my hand

If my hand size 19cm x 10.5cm, is the mini still an option for me or should I get the standard size?

Thanks for another great review! Really looks like my potential next mouse! How does it compare to the Roccat Kone Pro Air in terms of shape and feel in hand? I often find ergo mice to be too tall for my liking which is why I never really could go for the Xlite but it seems the Xlite Mini might do the trick.

Thank you!!! I like pulsar superglides on hybrid pads and some cloth pads. I like BTL skates on hard pads and corepad control skates. I DO also like tiger ice skates lol. a TON of good options. But for hybrid pads I usually main pulsar superglides. For hard pads I usually main corepads

It’s very different than the xm1r. If you’re looking for something similar to that this isn’t it. But, this would be a nice mouse for your hand size

Tysm!!!! I actually don’t aim train currently. I find it to be of more benefit to aim train in the specific game you’re trying to grind on. For instance, in apex, I’ll try to play as aggressive as possible and get into as many engagements as possible in public games when testing new things or trying to improve on something.
Edit: however, I have been thinking about trying some scenarios in kovaaks and aimlabs.

It’s definitely a small mouse, but higher and a bit more comfortable imo than the sl12
Is this mouse better for palm grip? Im pretty much palm except for my ring and pinky where i grip the side of the mouse as if im claw i had issues with the da v2 where my grip falls off but on mice the haste and sensei its perfect
If your hand is small enough you can palm it. If your hand is bigger you’ll need the regular xlite
this might be a dumb question, but does anyone potentially know whether the Skoll Mini grip tapes would fit on the Xlite Mini? those grips are my favorite grips everrr

I've decided to get a Pulsar V2 mouse. It would be my 1st ergo mouse. Which one would you recommend the V2 regular or Mini?
I have 18x20cm hands, maining the VPU with a relaxed claw grip and play Apex Legends.
You would need a more aggressive claw grip for the mini. With your size hands the full size might be a more solid option with a relaxed claw grip. But honestly a very hard question. I think both could work! Tough choice!

A little late, but I've been absolutely binging your reviews as I'm looking into getting a new mouse. I have the gpx superlight at the moment and I enjoy it, but I feel like I want something smaller. I have 17x10cm hands and I'm debating between the xlite v2 mini, the x2 mini, or the starlight 12 small. I use a relaxed claw and hold the mouse high in my hand, with the back of the hump touching the top of my palm just below my fingers (I prefer a lot of contact with the base of my palm on my mousepad). I'm thinking the x2 mini might make the most sense for me but I'd love to hear any thoughts or suggestions.
X2 mini sounds like it will be up your alley. I’d also say the aria could work well

Killer review as always! I totally agree with you that it almost feels like a ambi mouse. When I am griping it I forget it is a ergo mouse. I really hope they do a mini of the Ambi mouse.
