Creatine does work but in reality, her strength has probably increased due to her increased focus and dedication, seen as she has a clear short term goal.
Yeah, it definitely played a role but you'd probably be able to quantify its benefits better if Sairs had been training like that for 3 months already.
Totally agree with you. A better creatine experiment will be if that someone didn’t train as hard, and just slack as they used to, then just test it again after creatine loading.
I trained for a year without creatine. When I started taking it, my bench increased by 7.5kg after 1 month. Previously, I'd been increasing by 2.5kg every month, so creatine definitely helped with the other 5kg.
That’s insane gains and even more impressive was how easy the lifts from the start of the challenge looked like she was lifting nothing at all. Good job 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
bit of a unfair test TBH , she might of performed the same if she did 1 rep max on the regular in teh first place, not denying creatine works , but the results may be slightly skewed
@@girlsdrinkfeck basic things like sleep can effect outcome. Think the results are obvious that strength is there after pushing hard for 30 days, but without an absolute strict regime yes anything could sway outcomes. But let’s be honest, it’s more about seeing Sairs smash it and feel good, plus inspiring many others to want to get more healthy/fit which I’m sure this video will do
Matt is just trying to make his wife look more incredible one video at a time! I am all for it, well done Sairs that's massively impressive! Creatine is only part of this amazing strength gain, mental fortitude and dedication did most of the work!
Watching you and your wife being so positive is a relief. I am suffering from psoriatic arthritis and mood's not at its best; to add insult to injury I can't go to the gym.
Your wife's smile is so beautiful and wholesome... honestly, her personality and how she acts just makes me smile, and your encouragement and support just warms my heart so much
I’ve just subscribed BUT I want to see more of how your wife developes PLEASE. This vid as a couple is a breath of fresh air in the bodybuilding scene.
I had been stuck at a 92.5kg bench for the last 9 months (80kg BW) with no supplements. Started taking creatine 2 months ago and hit 100kg bench last week. Squat and deadlift also up by 10kg. May be other contributing factors but would definitely recommend to anyone who feels stuck increasing pbs.
So, any personal benefits from lifting 10 kg more? Other than the certainty that you could not have done it naturally, without "cheating"? And what happens if you stop taking it? Will you ever stop? Sorry, mate, I simply don't get it.
Creatine is found naturally in red meat and fish. Not cheating. It helps me a similar amount. Only problem is I can’t take it much because it gives me stomach issues.
I'm so happy to see some realistic numbers for women lifting. I'm just a bit smaller than your wife at 110lbs and her number for the SBD are similar to mine. It's comforting to know that not all women are like those you see on social media benching like fricken 225lbs.
That video is so inspiring! I might do that same experiment. I'll test my squat, bench and deadlift, take creatine daily and train, and retest my numbers in a month!
its not accurate and creatine takes a month to saturate into the body if you are not taking it before, so basically the title and the video are clickbait bullshit.
I was on a medication that depleted my muscle mass. I started taking creatine and not only did i gain muscle I kept it even after i stopped working out for a while. It was great. I felt so much better and find working out easier. I norm have mine mixed in my coffee
I'm female, and my deadlift PB is currently 80kg too. Before I watched this I was wondering if aiming to increase it to 100kg in 3months was realistic, but watching this has motivated me to give it a bloody good try! I'm fairly new to lifting so 🤞💪💪😃
What an insane trasnformation!!! At military training, I took creatine and things strength related like my push-ups were increased dramatically in a week. I went from consistently hitting 33 pushups, to maxing at 48. So these things saying increased focus and dedication areee true but the stamina and strength change from creatine was very intense and noticable for our strenght training sessions.
What a unit! Does Sair train regularly? Can we see more pleeeease 👀 i love watching your videos, but the way i was cheering her on like she was a sister was unreal 😂
her "before" numbers are already VERY impressive especially for her size/bodyfat %. so i would say she's definitely has been training for a good while..

Absolutely inspiring cause the combo of creatine and hard work definitely works! I think her physique didn't change much cause she probably wasn't on a surplus diet right? If she had she would definitely build more muscle! Dope content per usual Matt Much Love! ❤🇧🇷

I'm glad that Creatine helped her a lot, but this doesn't work for everyone. My personal experience was a negative one. As a gym goer for the last 4 years and someone who is very skinny to have abs without trying, I tried Creatine for a month in the Fall of 2023 and it was a terrible experience. All the water went to my stomach, and I was drenched in sweat all day every day even though I was not a sweaty person before. I stopped months ago and the sweating and bloating has not gone away. I personally didn't see a great change in strength, but I sure did get stretch marks on my legs and stomach.
I’ve heard that if micro dose it through the day, rather than all at once, it’ll help with the water weight. Also, mixing it with beta alanine reduces the bloating as well. Maybe give it a go again with those changes. I LOVE creatine. But I do notice that if I don’t at least mix it with beta alanine, that my ankles do swell. Good luck ❤
Hello! it's a good video, it shows if we're consistent we'll get there.
