When I’m feeling very dormant and low energy, a good clean helps me reset. I love to light a scented candle or incense and play music to make it feel more like enjoyable self care. Also found that watching a TH-cam video from a shelf above my kitchen sink makes washing/putting away dishes more pleasant.

This was actually motivating for me because I feel paralyzed with how much I need to get done at my house that I just don't do it. I love your space I love your furniture and that you have a washer and dryer Oh my goodness I have to go laundry mat. I've three dogs right now in the small space. I will get all my bedding done and then one of them will have an accident! Ugh! Your videos help me a lot.
