Someone explained it to me this way and its really intuitive. A lot of people mistakenly pronounce 'Worcestershire" as Wor-cester-shire (pronounced wore-chester-shire). Instead, the correct pronunciation is Worce-ster-shire, or when spoken quickly, "Wuster-shuh" like how you mentioned.
