Ingredients for Nadan DUCK CURRY
Duck 2. 2 kg. Onion. 4
Tomato. 3. Green chilli. 4
Shallots. 25. Ginger (big piece)2 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom. 5. Cloves. 5
Fennel seeds. 1 tsp. Mustard. 1 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1 tsp
Red chilli powder. 2 tbsp
Coriander powder. 5 tbsp
Pepper powder. 2 tbsp
Garam masala. 1 1/2 tbsp
Coconut milk 1. 1 cup
Coconut milk 2. 2 cup
Salt, Vinegar, Coconut oil, Curry leaves as needed

Gud morning aunty.Thank u for another gud recipe.aunty one doubt.is there any difference in contents of garam masala for duck curry.I meant can we add just crushed cardamoms and cinnamon stick instead of whole garam masala.which is more tasty?.pls reply

I think it will be more tasty using garam masala powder other than crushed cardamom and cinnamon, because powder dissolves in the gravy.
