I don't know if you know him personally, I don't. So I hope it's actually true that he so much more stronger and capable than he thinks he is, and that this is not just an inspirational sentence. Because people say that a lot and it's not always true. Or at least not all the time; sometimes there are times where you are not strong nor capable.
And instead of _just being positive and having positive thoughts,_ people should first start to be more accepting and more at peace with how things realistically _are._
