It's the addon Method Raid Tools (aka MRT). There's an option in it that allows you to click the cooldown and it will whisper the person "Use Innervate". The person you whisper should also use a weakaura that triggers when they get whispered, like this one: wago.io/-mWISh6lz
when you use sulfuron slammer you get a debuff on you that deals periodic damage every 3s and this periodic damage can proc phylactery (trinket). you really want phylactery to proc on boss pulls, as you have bloodlust and 4pt10 active, so using slammers just gives more chances for phylactery to proc. only downside is it makes your character drunk, so you can't walk straight for a couple minutes.

@@Lookatthosechimkens If you're max range from the boss or you're running into a boss and you're in front of people (like running into Rotface's room here at 24:32), then you can precast 2 fireballs before the first one even hits the boss and the boss will only agro once your fireball hits. It's definitely worth casting 2 fireballs if you can get two casts off beforehand. Just make sure you prepot before starting your first fireball cast, as finishing the cast still puts you in combat, even though it hasn't hit the boss yet. Ofc if you can't precast on the boss then don't bother opening with fireballs (like on Saurfang).
@@Lookatthosechimkens also another thing that I'm going to start doing is pre-flamestriking bosses, like Saurfang/Sindra. The flamestrike ticks will damage the boss and can also proc phylactery.
