I'm reading "Village in the Vaucluse" by Prof. Laurence Wylie in which he recounts his family's experience of living in Rousillon in 1951-1952. It's fascinating and surprising, and according to my French husband whose father grew up in a village not so dissimilar, very much representative of life in rural France.

Cóż mogę napisać, Jacku - może to, że zazdrość mnie ścisnęła, gdy oglądnąłem ten film. Jakość obrazu jest porażająca - ilość szczegółów, ostrość - po prostu bajka. Moja kamera, z jakichś tam powodów, nie kręci tak pięknie. Kolory fantastyczne, piękne niebo Ci się trafiło. Do tego miasteczko pięknie położone, z fantastyczną panoramą na okolice. I do tego fajny zegar słoneczny. Jedyne, czego mi w tym filmie brakuje to kota zamiast psa - byłoby wtedy idealnie :) Świetna robota|! Pozdrawiam serdecznie
Dziękuję Grześku! Miło poczytać taki fajny komentarz w tak brzydki pod względem pogody dzień jak dziś - cóż mogę dodać - też bym chciał tam teraz być :) Cieszę się, że film Ci się podobał - to rezultat kamery 4K, więc zapewne stąd ta lepsza jakość. Miasteczko odwiedziłem już kilka razy, bo jest naprawdę wyjątkowe. Są miejsca, które nigdy się nie nudzą i ono do nich należy. Co do kota - faktycznie jakoś wyjątkowo jak na Prowansję po miasteczku nie wałęsały się koty :) Pozdrawiam serdecznie i jeszcze raz dziękuję za przyjazny komentarz!

Mówisz o tym logo w prawym górnym narożniku ekranu? Wiesz, trzeba jakoś zareklamować stronę www :)

Very unusual color of the walls of houses.
Yes, this is ochre - natural pigment. There are many types and colours of ochre. Near that village there are ocher mines, currently not used anymore - only just a place where the tourists can go :)
