I am so happy Tom Hiddleston is Loki. He did an AMAZING job in Thor...like seriously there is no words to explain how amazingly great he did. Hes pretty hot as Loki too hahah, but im ery exited to see him again in the Avengers next year. He will always be my favorite villain.
This is by far the best interview of Tom Hiddleston for Thor that I've found. Good work! How great was he in the fight scene at the end? That close-up on his face during his last little monologue was some pretty fantastic acting.
@thevenom06 Maybe, but he did such an amazing job that I can't see anyone else as Loki. He was...breath taking. I loved him more then Thor and found myself hoping for him rather then then the hero...
Tom is so adorable, I think he did a great job as Loki who's such an ass, but at the same time sympathetic and full of angst towards the end. I'll be paying attention to Tom more often now. :)
Thank you for reminding me of that film I saw when I was little but never thought was real (1941). Interesting and fun interview, of course. He seemed to enjoy it. Well, now I have a crush on him. How could one with that elegant voice of his?
@coralin378 Maybe the reason I found him so creepy was because I'd seen these interviews beforehand, too! In interviews he comes across as so cerebral and kind, and, though Loki was clever, he was extremely raw and disturbed. Completely agree.
def one of the if not the best adaptations of comic book movie, especially an origin story, kind of-& ppl might notice, especially if they ever heard of philadelphia experiment/ montauk project-,that the wormhole device is the same as in "Contact",& stargate, similar to Dr.X's "cerebra" -all those devices are based on what some believe to be real device 4 time/space travel-

I haven't seen the movie but i think if the producers and director wanted a Loki they should of gone with Alan Cumming he is more experienced in being The god of mischief
I think Tom's performance as Loki in the the Thor movie was BRILLIANT!!!

Tom is an amazing actor!! If you haven't seen him in the Wallander series, you should!!
He should do the reading on an audiobook. Seriously, his voice is sooo amazing, interesting, and kinda calming.

He played Loki flawlessly.
O'Toole played Henry II. Oddly enough, Anthony Hopkins plays his son Richard the Lionheart...
Great performance from Hiddleston.
He is so powerful that its going to take 7 superheros to stop him in 2012

@thevenom06 No offense to Alan, but he did a poor job as Loki in SoTM IMO.
Hiddles fitted the role in the movie perfectly. c:

@lalapalooza12 Perhaps he was referring to Fritz Lang's Metropolis?
@thevenom06 Yes but Alan Cumming is used to playing Loki as a silly character.
@silverfoxtrot13 You're not the only one. Hiddles!!
he didnt talk about the avengers?
He looks nicer with blonde hair...
Loki in Thor
Lol. Didnt mean to do that. :)
